Zdravo \u017eivljenje &#8211; brez alkohola in cigaretnega dima, z ustrezno telesno aktivnostjo, dovolj spanca in izogibanjem soncu in stresu &#8211; nam lahko pomaga, da ostanemo dlje zdravi in \u200b\u200bvitalni, a to je le del &#8216;recepta&#8217; za mladost. Kar najbolj vpliva na na\u010din staranja telesa, je seveda prehrana.<\/p>\n<p>Prava hrana za na\u0161e telo naredi veliko ve\u010d kot le vzdr\u017eevanje \u017eelene linije in zagotavlja ob\u010dutek sitosti, in \u010de ste med mnogimi, ki i\u0161\u010dejo kak\u0161en preizku\u0161en in u\u010dinkovit vir mladosti, bodite bolj pozorni na to, kaj zau\u017eijete. Tu je nekaj \u017eivil, ki bi se morala v boju proti starosti pogosteje pojavljati na va\u0161em jedilniku:<\/p>\n<h2>1. Sladki krompir<\/h2>\n<p>\u0160tudija iz revije Journal of Evolution and Human Behaviour pravi, da prehrana, bogata s sadjem in zelenjavo, ko\u017ei povrne zdrav mladosten sijaj. Vendar ni veliko \u017eivil, bogatih s karotenom &#8211; ta se v telesu pretvori v vitamin A &#8211; optimalno koli\u010dino pa lahko dobite iz sladkega sladkega krompirja, ki vsebuje kar 156 odstotkov priporo\u010denega dnevnega vnosa.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Hidroliziran kolagen<\/h2>\n<p>\u010ceprav obstajajo \u017eivila, ki podpirajo naravno tvorbo kolagena v telesu, \u0161tudije ka\u017eejo, da u\u017eivanje dodatkov kolagena \u0161e posebej dobro vpliva na videz ko\u017ee.<\/p>\n<p>\u0160tudija, objavljena v Skin Pharmacology and Physiology, je pokazala, da so tisti, ki so jemali hidroliziran kolagen enkrat na dan, imeli bistveno bolj elasti\u010dno in &#8216;debelej\u0161o&#8217; ko\u017eo. Ta vrsta kolagena je v obliki pra\u0161ka, zato ga je najbolje dodati na primer v smoothieje.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Idealna pija\u010da za ostati hidriran je hladna voda z rezino limone.<\/p>\n<h2>7. Nemastna govedina<\/h2>\n<p>Prehrana, bogata z beljakovinami, \u017eelezom in cinkom, naj bi bila edina prava pot do dolgih, mo\u010dnih in zdravih nohtov. Vse te tri hranjive stvari pa je mogo\u010de dobiti iz manj\u0161ega kosa nemastnega rde\u010dega mesa, je pokazala nedavna \u0161tudija, ki jo je objavila revija The European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology.<\/p>\n<h2>8. Hrana, bogata z antioksidanti, je polna sadja in zelenjave svetle barve, pomaga pa lahko v boju proti oksidacijskemu u\u010dinku UV \u017earkov.
