Vse to se odra\u017ea v razli\u010dnih simptomih in znakih prekomernega stresa, kot so napetost, nemir, nespe\u010dnost, nestrpnost in izguba upanja.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Trenutno se ne soo\u010damo le z epidemijo koronavirusne bolezni, ampak je na pohodu tudi epidemija tesnobe. \u0160e posebej so v tem pogledu ogro\u017eene ranljivej\u0161e skupine prebivalstva: otroci, mladostniki, starej\u0161i, osamljeni, ekonomsko \u0161ibkej\u0161i,&#8221; je poudarila.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Kaj lahko sami naredimo za du\u0161evno zdravje?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Po besedah \u0160prahove, ki je sicer psihologinja in doktorica medicinskih ved, je treba pomisliti na pozitivne plati trenutne situacije: &#8220;Vzemite si ve\u010d \u010dasa za sprostitev in za dru\u017eino. Zdaj imate ve\u010d \u010dasa, da se kon\u010dno lotite tistega kupa neprebranih knjig in nau\u010dite igrati kitaro, ali pa ogledate tisto nanizanko s prevelikim \u0161tevilom epizod.&#8221; Lahko se lotite preizku\u0161anja kuharskih receptov in u\u010denja jezikov.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Zdaj je tudi skrajni \u010das, da se nau\u010dimo katere od tehnik spro\u0161\u010danja za obvladovanje stresa, ki nam bo koristila tudi po koncu epidemije. \u010ce kdaj, potem je ravno zdaj pravi \u010das, da se &#8216;prekomerno&#8217; poslu\u017eujemo spleta in telefonov pri vzdr\u017eevanju stikov z bli\u017enjimi, sodelavci in razli\u010dnimi interesnimi skupinami,&#8221; je dodala. Po njenih besedah se moramo osredoto\u010diti na svoje mo\u010dne plati in zadeve, ki jih lahko nadzorujemo, kot so na\u0161e misli in vedenje: &#8220;V mislih imejte \u0161ir\u0161o sliko. \u010clove\u0161tvo bo pre\u017eivelo.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Za dobro po\u010dutje je pomemben urejen urnik budnosti in spanja. &#8220;Posku\u0161ajte vsak dan vstati in iti spat ob isti uri. Poskrbite za redno telesno aktivnost, saj se ob telovadbi spro\u0161\u010dajo endorfini, ki poskrbijo za bolj\u0161e razpolo\u017eenje. Poskrbite za \u010dim bolj zdravo prehrano, u\u017eivajte veliko sadja in zelenjave,&#8221; je svetovala.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Kako z dobrim zgledom pomagati sebi in drugim?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Drugim moramo biti zgled mirnega vedenja, tistim, ki imajo slab\u0161i dostop do trgovin, zdravnika in drugih storitev, pa moramo pomagati. Kot je dejala, velja oceniti svojo zdravstveno vedenje in biti zgled drugim, tudi otrokom: &#8220;Podajte jim iskrene, starosti primerne informacije in ne pozabite ostati mirni. Otroci pogosto ob\u010dutijo, kar \u010dutite vi.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Pri spremljanju medijev se velja zavedati, da koli\u010dina novic morda ne odra\u017ea velikosti gro\u017enje. &#8220;Po novice se obrnite na zanesljive vire. Izogibajte se \u0161irjenju nepotrjenih novic glede nalezljive bolezni, da prepre\u010dite nepotreben strah in paniko,&#8221; je pozvala.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Izogibajte se obsojanju ali predpostavljanju, da ima nekdo bolezen samo zaradi tega, kako je videti ali od kod je njegova dru\u017eina. Nalezljiva bolezen ni povezana z nobeno rasno ali etni\u010dno skupino. Ko sli\u0161ite la\u017ene govorice ali negativne stereotipe, ki spodbujajo rasizem in ksenofobijo, se jim postavite po robu s prijaznostjo,&#8221; je poudarila.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Kje poiskati pomo\u010d?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Za nasvete o ustreznih oblikah pomo\u010di ali samo za podporo in pogovor je na voljo ve\u010d telefonskih linij. Po besedah \u0160prahove je pomembno, da v primeru stresa in du\u0161evnih stisk ter omejenih socialnih stikov ljudje vedo, da niso prepu\u0161\u010deni samim sebi.<\/p>\n<p>Na voljo so telefon za psiholo\u0161ko podporo prebivalcem ob epidemiji 080 51 00 (24 ur na dan, vsak dan), Klic v du\u0161evni stiski 01 520 99 00 (vsak dan med 19. in 7. uro zjutraj), zaupna telefona Samarijan in Sopotnik 116 123 (24 ur na dan, vsak dan) ter TOM telefon za otroke in mladostnike 116 111 (vsak dan med 12. in 20. uro).<\/p>\n<p>Raven vsakodnevnega stresa je zaradi novih okoli\u0161\u010din, ki jih je prinesla epidemija, v povpre\u010dju \u0161e narasla, zato so delavnice o stresu in soo\u010danju z njim \u0161e toliko bolj dobrodo\u0161le. Na voljo so tudi tedenske, brezpla\u010dne spletne delavnice z naslovom Stres povzro\u010da stiske, okrepite svoje mo\u010di!.<\/p>\n<p>Delavnice izvajajo strokovnjaki s podro\u010dij psihologije, psihiatrije, socialnega dela, psihoterapije in sociologije.
