Njihova raziskava je pokazala, da dru\u017einam v tem \u010dasu najve\u010dji izziv predstavlja priprava vsaj enega obroka ve\u010d kot obi\u010dajno, saj so \u0161ole in vrtci zaprti, zaradi ostajanja doma pa ljudje tudi manj izkori\u0161\u010dajo mo\u017enosti prehranjevanja na delovnem mestu.<\/p>\n<p>Ker se v glavnem prehranjujemo doma, je s tem povezan tudi izziv nakupovanja ve\u010djih koli\u010din hrane, zato dru\u017eine ve\u010d \u010dasa porabijo za na\u010drtovanje obrokov z iskanjem idej za nove jedi, imajo pa tudi ve\u010d te\u017eav z usklajevanjem \u017eelja otrok in odraslih s priporo\u010dili o raznoliki in zdravi prehrani.<\/p>\n<p>Hkrati nas to obdobje opominja, da je dostop do zdravju koristne in varne hrane lahko tudi ote\u017een, predvsem za socialno \u0161ibkej\u0161e skupine. Zaradi finan\u010dne ranljivosti obstaja nevarnost, da bi ljudje za\u010deli \u0161e bolj posegati po prehransko manj ugodnih in pogosto cenenih \u017eivilih.<\/p>\n<p>Kot so poudarili na NIJZ, lahko imunski sistem krepimo prav z uravnote\u017eeno prehrano in dnevno zmerno telesno aktivnostjo, pri kateri se vsaj za pol ure tudi zadihamo in oznojimo. Na to, kak\u0161en imunski sistem imamo, ne moremo povsem vplivati, lahko pa ga ustrezno podpremo. Ob telesni aktivnosti je za krepitev imunskega sistema pomembna tudi prehrana, ki zagotavlja zadostno koli\u010dino za imunski sistem pomembnih snovi ter zadosten vnos teko\u010din.<\/p>\n<p>Dodaten izziv pomeni prehrana med prazniki, ko obroke tradicionalno obogatimo s prazni\u010dnimi jedmi, kot so \u0161e ve\u010dje koli\u010dine mesa in mesnih izdelkov, sladkega peciva, potic in tort. Ni\u010d ni narobe, \u010de se kak dan pregre\u0161imo, a se moramo zavedati, da ni vsak decembrski dan praznik in da nekatera \u017eivila, \u010de jih u\u017eivamo prepogosto, za\u010dnejo neugodno vplivati na zdravje, po\u010dutje in imunski sistem.<\/p>\n<p>Zdravstvena stroka zato pri hrani svetuje zmernost. Ljudje naj upo\u0161tevajo priporo\u010dila o uravnote\u017eeni prehrani, popijejo dovolj teko\u010dine, predvsem vode in nesladkanega \u010daja, \u010dim manj ali najbolje ni\u010d pa alkohola.<\/p>\n<p>Slovenski prazniki so namre\u010d \u017ee pregovorno vezani na prazni\u010dno oblo\u017eeno mizo, s tem pa je povezano tudi pogostej\u0161e prenajedanje in opu\u0161\u010danje telesne dejavnosti. Zaradi tega prihaja do kratkotrajnih prebavnih motenj, ki pa obi\u010dajno minejo brez ve\u010djih zapletov. V takih primerih zdravniki svetujejo kozarec vode z \u017elico limoninega soka, ki obi\u010dajno spodbudi delovanje prebavnih encimov. Prebavo lahko laj\u0161amo tudi z je\u010dmenovo in ri\u017eevo juho, v primeru zaprtosti pa pomaga prehranska vlaknina in telesna dejavnost.<\/p>\n<p>Seveda pa lahko bogata prehrana med prazniki vpliva tudi na pove\u010danje telesne te\u017ee na ra\u010dun ma\u0161\u010devja, saj se po podatkih v povpre\u010dju takrat zredimo za 1,5 do dva kilograma. Zato je pomembno, da se vzdr\u017eimo prenajedanja in sku\u0161amo vsak obilnej\u0161i prazni\u010dni obrok uravnote\u017eiti z ostalimi dnevni obroki, ki so lahko bolj skromni in z ve\u010d zelenjave in sadja, \u0161e dodajajo na NIJZ.<\/p>\n<p>Tradicionalne prazni\u010dne jedi, ki jih pripravimo po recepturah na\u0161ih babic, res te\u017eko spremenimo v povsem zdravo izbiro, a smo lahko pri peki sla\u0161\u010dic vseeno bolj zmerni pri dodajanju ma\u0161\u010dob in sladkorja.
