Orehi imajo namre\u010d veliko prehranskih koristi in so na seznamu 30 najbolj zdravih \u017eivil, ki bi jih morali jesti vsak dan, pa tudi na seznamu najbolj\u0161ih \u017eivil za srce, pi\u0161e Real Simple.<\/p>\n<h2>Imunolo\u0161ka podpora<\/h2>\n<p>25-gramska porcija orehov je polna pomembnih hranil, vklju\u010dno z beljakovinami, vlakninami in magnezijem, ki so pomembni za podporo lastnega sistema in splo\u0161nega zdravja.
