Porabljene energijske rezerve \u017eeli telo seveda \u010dim prej napolniti, zato je za shuj\u0161anje potrebna dolgoro\u010dna sprememba prehranjevalnih navad.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify\">4.\u00a0<strong>Samo s treningom trebu\u0161nih mi\u0161ic NE bo\u0161 dobil t. i. sixpacka<\/strong>.<\/h2>\n<p>Skoraj vsak \u010dlovek ima dobro izoblikovane trebu\u0161ne mi\u0161ice, ki se nahajajo pod dolo\u010deno plastjo ma\u0161\u010dob. Da bi se znebil teh odve\u010dnih ma\u0161\u010dob okoli trebuha, je potrebna kombinacija treninga trebu\u0161nih mi\u0161ic, kondicijskih vaj in nemastne prehrane.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify\">5.\u00a0<strong>\u0160port NE vpliva na razgradnjo alkohola v telesu<\/strong>, &#8230;<\/h2>\n<p>&#8230; saj 90 % alkohola razgradijo jetra. \u0160port na hitrost razgradnje alkohola torej sploh ne vpliva.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify\">6. <strong>Z dvigovanjem ute\u017ei iz ma\u0161\u010dob NE bodo nastale mi\u0161ice<\/strong>.<\/h2>\n<p>S \u0161portom kurimo ma\u0161\u010dobne in razvijamo mi\u0161i\u010dne celice, kar pa \u0161e ne pomeni, da se pri \u0161portu ma\u0161\u010dobne celice spreminjajo v mi\u0161i\u010dne. S sprehodi namre\u010d izbolj\u0161ujemo svojo kondicijo, kar dokazuje pozitiven u\u010dinek sprehodov.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify\">8. <strong>Nordijska hoja NE varuje sklepov<\/strong>.<\/h2>\n<p>Pri nordijski hoji uporabljamo dve tretjini vseh mi\u0161ic v telesu, pravilno izvedena nordijska hoja pa zaradi prekomerno velikih korakov pomeni ve\u010djo obremenjenost za sklepe. Obremenitev sklepov je pri nordijski hoji celo ve\u010dja kot pri joggingu.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify\">9. <strong>Izgorevanje kalorij se NE pri\u010dne komaj po tridesetih minutah<\/strong>, &#8230;<\/h2>\n<p>&#8230; izgorevanje ma\u0161\u010dob in glukoze se pri\u010dne \u017ee s prvim korakom.
