Prav tako velja tudi za odrasle. Problem je predvsem v tem, da se v nekaterih primerih fruktuzni sladkor v telesu ne predela, \u010drevesje pa lahko sprejme le omejeno koli\u010dino fruktoze naenkrat. V tem primeru lahko otrok trpi za fruktozno intoleranco. Tak otrok ima po zau\u017eitju sadja pogosto kr\u010de v trebuhu in te\u017eave s prebavo, in v takem primeru je priporo\u010dljivo, da otrok je sadje z manj sladkorja, recimo jagodi\u010devje.<\/p>\n<div class=\"bodyText\">\n<div id=\"cke_pastebin\">Seveda popolnoma odpovedati se sadju bi bilo nesmiselno, saj vsebuje pomembne minerale in vitamine, ki so klju\u010dni za na\u0161e zdravje in dobro po\u010dutje.
