Rezultati prvega dela raziskave so \u017ee vklju\u010deni v mednarodno primerjavo, pripravljeno za ugledno znanstveno revijo\u00a0<em>Frontiers in Nutrition<\/em>, razpolo\u017eljivi pa so tudi \u017ee preliminarni rezultati drugega vzor\u010denja. Rezultati nakazujejo, da se je zaskrbljenost prebivalcev zaradi pandemije COVID-19 zmanj\u0161ala, posledi\u010dno pa so bile, kljub strogim javno-zdravstvenim ukrepom, manj izrazite spremembe nakupovalnih in prehranskih navad. Analiza trendov sicer nakazuje, da bi nekatere spremembe utegne biti dolgoro\u010dne, zato na tem podro\u010dju In\u0161titut za nutricionistiko na\u010drtuje dodatne raziskave.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Zaradi epidemije COVID-19 so bili v lanskem letu vzpostavljeni razli\u010dni ukrepi, ki so posegli tudi na podro\u010dje preskrbe s hrano in na\u010din prehranjevanja. Gospodinjstva so bila primorana spremeniti navade in odnos do hrane z ve\u010d vidikov, glede na\u010drtovanja in nakupovanja hrane, priprave obrokov in odnosa do hrane. Na In\u0161titutu za nutricionistiko te izzive naslavljamo v okviru mednarodne raziskave Food-Covid-19, ki se je za\u010dela izvajati aprila 2020 hkrati v \u0161tevilnih dr\u017eavah z uporabo primerljivih metod. Po prvem valu epidemije smo \u017ee\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/nutris.org\/novice\/rezultati-raziskave-epidemija-covid-19-pomembno-vpliva-na-prehranjevalne-navade-prebivalcev-slovenije\">poro\u010dali o vplivih na nakupne in prehranjevalne navade prebivalce Slovenije<\/a>, ki smo jo izvedli v okviru dr\u017eavnega raziskovalnega programa \u00bbPrehrana in javno zdravje\u00ab, ki ga financira Javna agencija za raziskovalno dejavnost. Podatki so bili \u017ee vklju\u010deni v mednarodno primerjano raziskavo za ugledno mednarodno revijo\u00a0<em>Frontiers in Nutrition<\/em>, v katero sta bili vklju\u010deni tudi Danska in Nem\u010dija. Decembra je bila raziskava v Sloveniji ponovljena z uporabo enake metodologije.\u00a0<strong>Prof. dr. Igor Pravst, In\u0161titut za nutricionistiko:<\/strong>\u00a0<em>\u00bbTako aprila kot decembra smo v raziskavo vklju\u010dili vsaki\u010d po preko 600 oseb. \u0160lo je za panelni vzorec, ki je odra\u017eal strukturo prebivalcev Slovenije glede na starost, spol in regijo. Upo\u0161tevajo\u010d epidemiolo\u0161ko situacijo smo podatke zbirali na oddaljen na\u010din, brez osebnih stikov.\u00ab<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Pribli\u017eno petina udele\u017eencev (20%) decembrske raziskave je poro\u010dala, da je vsaj en \u010dlan njihovega gospodinjstva bodisi zbolel za COVID-19, ali pa je bil v izolaciji oz. karanteni. To dokazuje, da je bolezen prebivalce prizadela bistveno bolj kot aprila, ko je bil ta dele\u017e bistveno ni\u017eji (6%). Opa\u017een trend je skladen z epidemiolo\u0161kimi podatki za Slovenijo.<strong>\u00a0Doc. dr. Anita Ku\u0161ar, In\u0161titut za nutricionistiko:<\/strong>\u00a0<em>\u00bbZanimivo pa decembrski rezultati kljub temu ka\u017eejo na manj\u0161o zaskrbljenost prebivalcev zaradi epidemije, v primerljivi z aprilom, kar se odra\u017ea tudi na manj izrazitih spremembah nakupnih in prehranskih navad. \u010ceprav so decembra prebivalci poro\u010dali o vi\u0161jem subjektovem tveganju za oku\u017ebo z novim korona virusom, se je zmanj\u0161al njihov ob\u010dutek, da bi se lahko oku\u017eili v trgovinah z \u017eivili. To je po eni strani verjetno povezano s poro\u010dano zelo dosledno uporabo za\u0161\u010ditnih\u00a0<\/em><em>mask, hkrati pa se je tudi bistveno zmanj\u0161al ob\u010dutek tveganja za oku\u017ebo s samimi \u017eivili oz. njihovo embala\u017eo.\u00ab<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Spremenilo se je tudi ravnanje z \u017eivili po nakupu.\u00a0<strong>Prof. dr. Igor Pravst, In\u0161titut za nutricionistiko:<\/strong>\u00a0<em>\u00bb<\/em><em>\u010ce je preko 40% udele\u017eencev raziskave aprila navajalo \u010di\u0161\u010denje oz. dezinfekcijo embala\u017ee \u017eivil po nakupu, se je tega decembra poslu\u017eevalo le \u0161e 20% udele\u017eencev.\u00ab\u00a0<\/em>Opa\u017een trend je zelo verjetno povezan z v javnosti ve\u010dkrat predstavljenimi novej\u0161imi dognanji, da ni dokazov, da bi \u017eivila predstavljala pomembno tveganje za oku\u017ebo s koronavirusum SARS-CoV-2, ki se prete\u017eno prena\u0161a kaplji\u010dno in z aerosoli, manj pa preko oku\u017eenih povr\u0161in.<\/p>\n<p>Tudi kupovanje ve\u010djih zalog hrane se je v drugem valu epidemije zmanj\u0161alo, kar nakazuje na okrepljeno zaupanje potro\u0161nikov v prehransko verigo, ki je bilo na\u010deto ob za\u010detku prvega vala epidemije. Na nakupne navade prebivalcev v drugem valu epidemije so pomembno vplivale tudi okoli\u0161\u010dine samoizolacije. Decembra se je v primerjavi z aprilom povsem samo-izoliralo manj prebivalcev, bistveno manj\u0161i je bil tudi obseg dela od doma.\u00a0<strong>Doc. dr. Anita Ku\u0161ar, In\u0161titut za nutricionistiko:<\/strong>\u00a0<em>\u00bb\u010ce smo aprila poro\u010dali o skoraj 60% zmanj\u0161ani uporabi \u017eivilskih trgovin v ve\u010djih nakupovalnih sredi\u0161\u010dih, je bilo decembra to zmanj\u0161anje \u017ee precej manj izra\u017eeno. Obseg naro\u010danja \u017eivil na dom se je v primerjavi z aprilom zmanj\u0161al, vendar je bil \u0161e vedno enkrat ve\u010dji, kot pred epidemijo.\u00ab<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Do opaznih sprememb je pri\u0161lo tudi glede pogostosti in na\u010drtovanja nakupovanja \u017eivil.\u00a0<strong>Prof. dr. Igor Pravst, In\u0161titut za nutricionistiko:\u00a0<\/strong><em>\u00bbMedtem ko smo Slovenci pred epidemijo \u017eivila ve\u010dinoma nakupovali ve\u010dkrat tedensko, je postalo nakupovanje hrane v \u010dasu prvega vala epidemije bolj skrbno na\u010drtovana aktivnost, najve\u010dkrat s pomo\u010djo nakupovalnega seznama, in prete\u017eno na tedenski ravni ali celo \u0161e manj pogosto. Decembra je bila pogostost kupovanja \u017eivil \u017ee opazno ve\u010dja, a \u0161e vedno manj\u0161a kot pred epidemijo.
