Bananin olupek ima namre\u010d odli\u010dne lastnosti, ker vsebuje veliko vlaknin, ki vplivajo na huj\u0161anje, potem sta tu \u0161e vitamin B in vitamin C, ki imata mo\u010d, da polep\u0161ata ko\u017eo, bananin olupek pa pospe\u0161uje tudi vnos magnezija in kalija. A pozor, u\u017eivamo lahko le olupke bio banan!<\/p>\n<p>Seveda Susie ne svetuje tega, da olupek jeste surov, ampak ga vklju\u010dite v nekatere jedi. Predlagala je tudi nekaj idej, ki lahko slu\u017eijo kot popoln zajtrk ali prigrizek, druga prednost pa je, da jih lahko pripravite dan prej in jih tako odnesete v slu\u017ebo.<\/p>\n<p>Nutricionistka je delila tudi recept. Bananin olupek skuhamo, da se zmeh\u010da, in ga dodamo v smoothie, curry ali v testo za kola\u010d.
