{"id":448922,"date":"2021-04-05T08:06:33","date_gmt":"2021-04-05T06:06:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hudo.com\/si\/?p=448922"},"modified":"2021-04-05T08:06:33","modified_gmt":"2021-04-05T06:06:33","slug":"raziskava-pandemija-korenito-spremenila-vrednote-in-preference-pri-delu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hudo.com\/si\/lifestyle\/raziskava-pandemija-korenito-spremenila-vrednote-in-preference-pri-delu\/","title":{"rendered":"Raziskava: Pandemija korenito spremenila vrednote in preference pri delu"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Po raziskavi o mobilnosti in preferencah iskalcev zaposlitvenih prilo\u017enosti, ki sta jo v Sloveniji izvedla zaposlitveni portal MojeDelo.com in dru\u017eba Boston Consulting Group, so Slovenci v letu 2020 na prvo mesto vrednot postavili dober odnos s sodelavci, kar se \u0161e v prej\u0161nji raziskavi leta 2018 ni pojavilo na lestvici desetih najpogosteje izpostavljenih vrednot. Ravno tako med prvimi desetimi prioritetami ni bilo vrednote usklajevanje zasebnega in poklicnega \u017eivljenja, ta vrednota se je v letu 2020 povzpela na drugo mesto.<\/p>\n<p>Sledil je dober odnos z nadrejenimi ter u\u010denje in razvijanje ve\u0161\u010din. Slednje sicer Slovencem ostaja pomembnej\u0161e kot udele\u017eencem raziskave na globalni ravni, kjer opa\u017eajo, da pomembnost pridobivanja tovrstnih ve\u0161\u010din upada.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Presenetljivo bi bilo, \u010de se prioritete glede na gospodarsko in eksistencialno krizo, ki smo jo vsi do\u017eiveli, ne bi spremenile,&#8221; je povedala izvr\u0161na direktorica in partnerica v Boston Consulting Group Melanie Seier Larsen. &#8220;Med pandemijo so ljudje veseli zaposlitve in stabilnega dohodka. Hkrati ostajajo pomembni odnosi in uravnote\u017eenost \u017eivljenja. Delodajalci morajo zagotoviti, da bodo te mehkej\u0161e potrebe izpolnjene tudi pri delu na daljavo,&#8221; je dodala.<\/p>\n<p>V primerjavi z odgovori na globalni ravni sta Slovencem manj pomembna varnost delovnega mesta in ob\u010dutek, da so na delovnem mestu cenjeni. Za Slovence je manj pomembna tudi finan\u010dna kompenzacija, uvrstili so jo na osmo mesto, na svetovni ravni je na \u010detrtem.<\/p>\n<p>Slovenci v nasprotju z globalnim povpre\u010djem finan\u010dno stabilnost delodajalca postavljajo pred lastno finan\u010dno kompenzacijo. Pri Slovencih se ugled in dru\u017ebeni vpliv zaposlovalcev ter privla\u010dnost panoge ne pojavljajo ve\u010d med desetimi najbolj za\u017eelenimi vrednotami. Prav tako Slovencem ni ve\u010d tako pomembno, da jim delovne naloge predstavljajo izziv, da je njihova slu\u017eba raznolika in da imajo dovolj pla\u010danega dopusta.<\/p>\n<p>Aktivizem v povezavi z okoljsko in dru\u017ebeno problematiko na globalni ravni \u017ee spreminja delovna mesta ter odnose med zaposlenimi in njihovimi podjetji. V raziskavi so ugotovili, da na globalni ravni pri 69,6 odstotka vpra\u0161anih v zadnjih letih nara\u0161\u010da pomen odgovornosti do okolja in bi pri iskanju zaposlitve zavrnili podjetja, ki niso v skladu z njihovimi vrednotami do okolja (52 odstotkov). V Sloveniji pomembnost okoljskim vpra\u0161anjem pripisuje 59 odstotkov vpra\u0161anih, med mladimi pod 30 let je tak\u0161nih 58 odstotkov. Pri iskanju zaposlitve bi 42 odstotkov Slovencev zavrnilo podjetje, ki ni v skladu z njihovimi vrednotami o okoljski odgovornosti, pri mladih je ta odstotek ni\u017eji, in sicer 33 odstotkov.<\/p>\n<p>Anketirani ve\u010dji pomen pripisujejo tudi vpra\u0161anjem raznolikosti in vklju\u010denosti, ki jih odpirajo dru\u017ebena gibanja, kot sta MeToo ali BlackLivesMatter. 68,7 odstotka vpra\u0161anih je zatrdilo, da sta dru\u017ebena raznolikost in vklju\u010denost za njih postali bolj pomembna tema v zadnjem letu, 51,4 odstotka bi jih zavrnila delovno mesto, ki na tem podro\u010dju ni v skladu z njihovimi prepri\u010danji. Pri Slovencih je ta tema skorajda enako pomembna (67 odstotkov), pri iskanju zaposlitve bi skoraj polovica Slovencev (48 odstotkov) izklju\u010dila podjetje, ki ne upo\u0161teva raznolikosti in vklju\u010denosti na delovnem mestu. Med mladimi bi zaradi tega delo zavrnilo 41 odstotkov vpra\u0161anih.<\/p>\n<p>Raziskava je pokazala tudi, da na globalni ravni po koncu pandemije 89 odstotkov udele\u017eencev pri\u010dakuje mo\u017enosti kombiniranja fleksibilnega in stalnega delovnika, pri Slovencih je ta odstotek ni\u017eji, in sicer 72 odstotkov. Tak\u0161en delovnik preferirajo predvsem zaposleni na delovnih mestih s podro\u010dja digitalizacije in avtomatizacije, kadrovanja, administracije in tajni\u0161tva ter IT- tehnologij. Prav tako se je kombinacija dela na daljavo in na lokaciji podjetja izkazala kot najbolj za\u017eelen na\u010din dela pri 72 odstotkih Slovencev, toda le 27 odstotkov jih je tako delalo med pandemijo.<\/p>\n<p>Raziskava je pokazala, da je imela pandemija velik vpliv na delovno okolje v vseh dejavnostih in delovnih mestih. Mo\u010dno se je pove\u010dala uporaba digitalnih orodij in fleksibilnost opravljanja dela. Sodelujo\u010di so kot najve\u010djo negativno spremembo izpostavili poslab\u0161anje po\u010dutja. Pri tem so Slovenci na splo\u0161no zaznali ve\u010dje poslab\u0161anje stanja na delovnih mestih kot na globalni ravni. Najve\u010dje poslab\u0161anje po\u010dutja je bilo pri nas med zaposlenimi v pravu, socialni oskrbi in storitvenem sektorju. Zaradi ukrepov za zajezitev \u0161irjenja virusa se je tako v Sloveniji kot v svetu zmanj\u0161alo sodelovanje v ekipah, poru\u0161ilo se je ravnovesje med poklicnim in zasebnim \u017eivljenjem, poslab\u0161ala se je tudi kakovost vodenja.<\/p>\n<p>V raziskavi Global Talent Survey 2020 je sodelovalo 209.000 ljudi iz 190 dr\u017eav, med njimi prek portala MojeDelo.com 1617 Slovencev, starih med 17 in 65 let.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Zaradi koronavirusa je pri\u0161lo do korenitih sprememb temeljnih vrednot in preferenc pri delu, ka\u017ee raziskava Global Talent Survey 2020.
