Da bi \u0161parglji ostali \u010dim bolj okusni, je kot idealna metoda priporo\u010dljivo lahko du\u0161enje in to le 5 minut, saj bodo od zunaj fino mehki, od znotraj pa rahlo hrustljavi.<\/p>\n<p>V ponvi iz nerjave\u010dega jekla na zmernem ognju segrejte 3 \u017elice zelenjavne ali pi\u0161\u010dan\u010dje ju\u0161ne osnove. Medtem ko se ju\u0161na osnova segreva, o\u010distite 1\/2 kg \u0161pargljev &#8211; odtrgajte jim olesenel spodnji del in stebla nare\u017eite na 5 cm dolge kose.
