Trenutno najbolj aktualna je knjiga o metodi\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #ff00ff\"><strong><a style=\"color: #ff00ff\" href=\"https:\/\/www.zalozba-chiara.si\/zdravje\/1088-metoda-wima-hofa\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Wim Hofa <\/a><\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, pred kratkem prevedena tudi v slovenski jezik. \u010ce v spletnem brskalniku vpi\u0161ete \u2018cold water swimming\u2019, dobite preko 300 milijonov zadetkov. Namesto vsem dostopnega enciklopedi\u010dnega znanja, na vpra\u0161anja, ki se ob tem &#8220;drznem&#8221; po\u010detju pojavljajo, odgovajata\u00a0<strong>Ewa W. Bonin in Ana Lon\u010dar<\/strong>, mamici okrog 40-ih let, ki jima mrzla voda zbistri um in pomaga vzdr\u017eevati fizi\u010dno kondicijo. Na<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0vpra\u0161anja odgovarjata skozi prizmo lastnih izku\u0161enj, podprtih z ugotovitvami strokovnjakov.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Z rednim plavanjem v mrzli vodi sta za\u010deli aprila 2019, ko je voda imela pribli\u017eno 15 stopinj Celzija<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. Dandanes je ravnovesje med njima poru\u0161eno v korist bele ma\u0161\u010dobe. Rjava ma\u0161\u010doba porablja energijo in tako sodeluje pri vzdr\u017eevanju telesne toplote. Na ta na\u010din lahko dolgoro\u010dno pripomore k izgubi odve\u010dne telesne te\u017ee. Plavanje v mrzli vodi dokazano pomaga aktivirati rjavo ma\u0161\u010dobo.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>dvig splo\u0161ne odpornosti<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> \u2013 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">plavanje v mrzli vodi dokazano pove\u010da \u0161tevilo levkocitov (belih krvnih celic). Zato je zmeraj bolj priljubljeno med profesionalnimi \u0161portniki, kot zaklju\u010dni del treninga. Poleg na\u0161tetega, pomaga pri odpravi celulita in u\u010dvrsti ko\u017eo. Prav nasprotno! Mrzla voda prebudi bolj kot jutranja kava, zaradi zgoraj omenjenih endorfinov pa dobi\u0161 voljo za ustvarjanje in zabavo. Plavanje na prostem ne zahteva posebnega finan\u010dnega vlo\u017eka za vstopnine oz. opremo.
