Jaz pa pravim, da jejmo koprive, dokler smo zdravi \u2013 da sploh ne bomo nikoli zboleli. Kopriv na sre\u010do raste dovolj in tudi najdemo jih z lahkoto, le volje za njihovo nabiranje in pripravo v\u010dasih zmanjka. <strong>Zato poglejmo najprej nekaj motivacijskih dejstev:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong> Koprive delujejo podobno kot vitamin C<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Vitamin C je antioksidant. To pomeni, da lovi proste radikale in jih nevtralizira. Prosti radikali kar naprej nastajajo in delajo \u0161kodo po celicah. Proti njim se telo bori z antioksidanti, ki jih v majhni koli\u010dini proizvede tudi samo. \u0160e bolje pa je, \u010de jih dobimo s hrano. Najbolj preprosto si je priskrbeti vitamin C v obliki pra\u0161ka, tablet ali \u0161ume\u010dk. Podobno u\u010dinkovite so tudi snovi, ki zelenjavi in sadju dajo temno rde\u010do ali vijoli\u010dno barvo in se imenujejo antociani. Veliko jih ima rde\u010de zelje, rde\u010da pesa, borovnice, rde\u010de vino \u2026 In izka\u017ee se, da tudi kopriva vsebuje molekule, ki so mo\u010dni antioksidanti.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong> Koprive bla\u017eijo vnetja<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Vnetje je naraven in nujen proces. V\u010dasih pa vnetje preide v kroni\u010dno obliko in povzro\u010di res veliko \u0161kode. Primer kroni\u010dnega vnetja je revma. \u017de ljudska modrost u\u010di, da so koprive dobre za revmo in to so potrdili tudi znanstveniki. Koprive zmanj\u0161ajo bole\u010dine, pa tudi izbolj\u0161ajo gibljivost prizadetih sklepov. Kopi\u010dijo se celo dokazi, da koprive delujejo tudi proti sezonskim alergijam (ki so tudi vrsta vnetja).<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> Koprive proti boleznim obilja<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Povi\u0161an krvni tlak, povi\u0161an holesterol in povi\u0161an krvni sladkor so le nekatere bolezni obilja, ki so v zadnjem desetletju mo\u010dno v porastu. \u010ceprav direktnih dokazov o pozitivnih u\u010dinkih na ljudi \u0161e ni, pa so rezultati poskusov na \u017eivalih zelo obetavni. Koprive so tako pri podganah pomagale normalizirati tako povi\u0161an krvni sladkor, kot tudi holesterol in krvni tlak.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Tu pa se seznam pozitivnih u\u010dinkov \u0161e ne kon\u010da, vendar upam, da ima\u0161 \u017ee dovolj motivacije!\u00a0 Zato kar hitro po rokavice in po najbli\u017eje koprive. Ampak blitva zdaj \u0161e ne raste na vrtu, koprive pa ja. Priporo\u010dam uporabo rokavic, \u010deprav jih sama nikoli ne nosim. Koprive me sicer ope\u010dejo, a to dokazano pomaga proti revmi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Prepra\u017ei nasekljano \u010debulo. Jaz sem jo za to jed prepra\u017eila kar na ocvirkovi masti. Ko je \u010debula gotova, dodaj narezane liste koprive in po potrebi zalij z 2 \u017elicama vode, da se zmeh\u010dajo.
