Raziskovalci so namre\u010d analizirali 17 razli\u010dnih \u0161tudij, objavljenih med letoma 1966 in 2020, da bi ugotovili, ali obstaja \u017ee opa\u017eena povezava med u\u017eivanjem gob in razvojem raka &#8211; predvsem raka dojk.<\/p>\n<p>Ugotovili so, da lahko gobe do neke mere za\u0161\u010ditijo telo pred razvojem nekaterih malignih celic, verjetno zaradi visoke vsebnosti vitaminov, hranil in antioksidantov.<\/p>\n<p>Mimogrede, znanstveniki trdijo, da so razli\u010dne koristi, ki jih imajo gobe na na\u0161e telo, v zadnjem \u010dasu vse bolj raziskovane in so \u017ee bile povezane z zmanj\u0161anjem tveganja za nastanek raka na prostati in materni\u010dnem vratu ter izbolj\u0161anjem razli\u010dnih mo\u017eganskih funkcij.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Gobe so najve\u010dji prehrambeni vir ergotionina, edinstvenega mo\u010dnega antioksidanta, ki je nekak\u0161en &#8216;celi\u010dni za\u0161\u010ditnik&#8217;, zato imajo pomembno vlogo pri obrambi pred boleznimi in za\u0161\u010diti telesa pred prezgodnjim staranjem.
