Ponarejeni izdelki lahko pomenijo resno tveganje za varnost in zdravje prebivalcev, ob tem v sporo\u010dilu za javnost opozarja EUIPO.<\/p>\n<p>Dr\u017eave z ve\u010djim dele\u017eem zavedenih potro\u0161nikov so Bolgarija (19 odstotkov), Romunija (16 odstotkov) in Mad\u017earska (15 odstotkov). Nasprotno pa imata najni\u017eje vrednosti v EU \u0160vedska (dva odstotka) in Danska (tri odstotke).<\/p>\n<p>Dele\u017e Evropejcev, ki so priznali, da so v zadnjih 12 mesecih namerno kupili ponarejeni izdelek, se je s sedmih odstotkov leta 2017 spustil na pet odstotkov lani. Slovenija je tu na zgornjem delu lestvice, saj je namerni nakup ponaredka priznalo 12 odstotkov Slovencev. Ve\u010d so ponarejenih dobrin namerno kupovali le \u0161e Portugalci (13 odstotkov).<\/p>\n<p>Po podatkih skupne \u0161tudije EUIPO in Organizacije za gospodarsko sodelovanje in razvoj (OECD) ponaredki predstavljajo 6,8 odstotka uvoza EU, vredni so 121 milijard evrov. Pojavljajo se v vseh gospodarskih panogah, od kozmetike in igra\u010d, vina in pija\u010d ter elektronike do obla\u010dil in pesticidov.<\/p>\n<p>V \u010dasu covida-19 je sicer zaskrbljujo\u010de predvsem \u0161irjenje ponaredkov zdravil, kot so antibiotiki in sredstva proti bole\u010dinam, ter drugih medicinskih proizvodov, kot so osebna varovalna oprema in za\u0161\u010ditne maske. Ponaredki poleg tveganj za varnost in zdravje pogosto potro\u0161nike tudi udarijo po \u017eepu, navajajo v EUIPO.<\/p>\n<p>V poro\u010dilu so izpostavili tudi digitalno piratstvo, ki je za kr\u0161itelje donosen trg. Ponudniki nezakonite IPTV, to je televizije prek internetnega protokola, v EU vsako leto zaslu\u017eijo skoraj milijardo evrov, s \u010dimer o\u0161kodujejo ustvarjalce vsebin in zakonita podjetja.<\/p>\n<p>V lanski raziskavi je sicer okoli osem odstotkov Evropejcev priznalo, da so v zadnjih 12 mesecih namerno uporabili piratsko spletno vsebino. V primerjavi z letoma 2017 in 2013 to pomeni le majhen padec, in sicer v vi\u0161ini dveh odstotkih to\u010dk. Dele\u017e potro\u0161nikov, ki priznava uporabo nezakonitih virov, se pove\u010duje med mladimi starostnimi skupinami in intenzivnimi spletnimi uporabniki.<\/p>\n<p>Slovenija je ob Luksemburgu (18 odstotkov) s 17-odstotnim dele\u017eem prebivalcev, ki priznavajo dostopanje do piratskih vsebin, v samem evropskem vrhu. V Gr\u010diji, na Poljskem in v Italiji je takih le \u0161est odstotkov prebivalcev, v Romuniji pa \u0161tirje odstotki.<\/p>\n<p>Kot zanimivo EUIPO opa\u017ea, da so tisti, ki so namerno dostopili do nezakonite spletne vsebine, tudi pogosteje kupili spletno vsebino. Iz tega je mogo\u010de sklepati, da ljudje v Evropi za dostopanje do vsebin prehajajo med zakonitimi in nezakonitimi viri. Ob tem se ljudje, ki za digitalne vsebine dostopajo do nezakonitih virov, in ljudje, ki kupujejo ponaredke, jasno prekrivajo.<\/p>\n<p>Ponarejanje pa ne vpliva samo na potro\u0161nike, temve\u010d tudi na gospodarstvo EU ter zlasti na mala in srednja podjetja. V EU vsako \u010detrto malo ali srednje podjetje v Evropi trpi kr\u0161itev pravic intelektualne lastnine; samo v Sloveniji je takih 17,2 odstotka podjetij.<\/p>\n<p>Danes ima sicer manj kot devet odstotkov vseh malih in srednjih podjetij v EU v lasti registrirane pravice intelektualne lastnine. Vendar pa za tiste, ki jih imajo, te pravice pomenijo pomembno razliko: mala in srednja podjetja, ki so imetniki pravic intelektualne lastnine, kot so patenti, modeli ali blagovne znamke, imajo 68 odstotkov vi\u0161ji prihodek na zaposlenega kot tista, ki jih nimajo, njihovi zaposleni pa prejemajo vi\u0161je pla\u010de, so \u0161e dodali.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>V nakup ponarejenega izdelka je bil lani zaveden vsak deseti Slovenec, ugotavlja Urad EU za intelektualno lastnino (EUIPO).
