Temperature v dr\u017eavi se bodo danes povzpele vse do 35 stopinj.<\/p>\n<p>Na Univerzitetnem klini\u010dnem centru (UKC) Ljubljana priporo\u010dajo, da ljudje, ki nimajo klimatske naprave, uporabljajo ventilator, ki pa v ekstremni vro\u010dini ne zado\u0161\u010da. \u010ce v bivalnih prostorih nimajo u\u010dinkovitega hlajenja, naj se ve\u010dkrat dnevno hladijo s tu\u0161iranjem ali kopanjem, so priporo\u010dili.<\/p>\n<p>Obleci je treba ohlapna, lahka in svetla obla\u010dila. \u0160tedilnika pa naj ljudje ne uporabljajo, ker dodatno segreva prostor.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Pijte veliko vode, \u0161e preden za\u010dutite \u017eejo. Pri tem se izogibajte ledeno hladnim teko\u010dinam, saj lahko dra\u017eijo prebavila,&#8221; svetujejo. Odsvetujejo u\u017eivanje pija\u010d, ki vsebujejo alkohol, kofein ali teofilin, ki je v pravem \u010daju. Te u\u010dinkovine namre\u010d pove\u010dajo izlo\u010danje vode. Je pa treba zau\u017eiti toliko teko\u010dine, da se dnevno izlo\u010di obi\u010dajno koli\u010dino se\u010da, ki ne sme biti temen.<\/p>\n<p>V Centru za geriatri\u010dno medicino so pri tem spomnili, da ob visokih temperaturah izgubljamo z znojenjem ve\u010d teko\u010dine. Zaradi ve\u010dje izgube teko\u010din pa je u\u010dinkovitost zdravil za ni\u017eanje krvnega tlaka ve\u010dja. Z dodatno uporabo zdravil za odvajanje vode lahko v tem primeru povzro\u010dimo prekomerno izsu\u0161enost telesa.<\/p>\n<p>V \u010dasu visokih temperatur je zato koristno dnevno merjenje krvnega tlaka sede in stoje. Ob rednem jemanju zdravil za ni\u017eanje krvnega tlaka je slednji lahko nizek najprej stoje, nato pa tudi sede.<\/p>\n<p>\u010ce je krvni tlak stoje nizek, lahko bolniki zmanj\u0161ajo ali prehodno opustijo odmerek zdravil za ni\u017eanje krvnega tlaka, vendar morajo o tem obvestiti osebnega zdravnika. Prav tako naj ga obvestijo, \u010de zmanj\u0161ajo ali prehodno opustijo zdravila za odvajanje vode, ker se je njihova telesna masa zni\u017eala pod obi\u010dajno ali ciljno.<\/p>\n<p>Mo\u010dno znojenje, onemoglost, hladna in bleda ko\u017ea, hiter in \u0161ibek pulz, slabost in\/ali bruhanje ter omotica pa so \u017ee znaki toplotne iz\u010drpanosti. V tem primeru je treba takoj poklicati \u0161tevilko 112. Posameznika s takimi simptomi je treba umakniti v hladen prostor in ga za\u010deti hladiti s hladnimi, vla\u017enimi tkaninami ali hladno kopeljo.
