{"id":460303,"date":"2021-11-01T11:16:49","date_gmt":"2021-11-01T10:16:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hudo.com\/si\/?p=460303"},"modified":"2021-11-01T11:16:49","modified_gmt":"2021-11-01T10:16:49","slug":"slovenci-z-visoko-stopnjo-pomanjkanja-vitamina-d","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hudo.com\/si\/aktualno\/slovenija\/slovenci-z-visoko-stopnjo-pomanjkanja-vitamina-d\/","title":{"rendered":"Slovenci z visoko stopnjo pomanjkanja vitamina D"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>V torek bomo obele\u017eili svetovni dan vitamina D, s ciljem ozave\u0161\u010dati o pomenu tega za zdravje zelo pomembnega son\u010dnega vitamina. Zaradi dokazane vloge pri normalnem delovanju imunskega sistema, je ustrezna preskrbljenost s tem vitaminom \u0161e toliko bolj pomembna ob pandemiji covida-19, navajajo na in\u0161titutu.<\/p>\n<p>Potem ko so lani ugotovili, da v jesensko-zimskem obdobju kar okrog 80 odstotkov odraslih prebivalcev Slovenije ni zadostno preskrbljenih z vitaminom D, je to podro\u010dje zdaj dodatno osvetlila nova raziskava. V okviru projekta Izzivi doseganja ustrezne preskrbljenosti z vitaminom D so raziskovalci s pomo\u010djo podatkov nacionalne prehranske raziskave prvi\u010d dolo\u010dili prehranski vnos vitamina D pri prebivalcih Slovenije.<\/p>\n<p>Medtem ko je poleti potrebe telesa po vitaminu D mo\u017eno pokriti \u017ee s kraj\u0161o zmerno izpostavljenostjo soncu, jeseni in pozimi klju\u010dni vir vitamina D predstavlja prehrana. Priporo\u010den vnos vitamina D v tem \u010dasu, ko ga telo ne more samo proizvajati, je 20 mikrogramov dnevno, rezultati raziskave pa so pokazali, da ga s prehrano povpre\u010dno zau\u017eijemo manj kot tri mikrograme.<\/p>\n<p>Ugotovitve raziskave potrjujejo, da bo za zagotovitev ustrezne preskrbljenosti z vitaminom D v jesensko-zimskem obdobju za prebivalce Slovenije treba sprejeti ukrepe za njegovo nadome\u0161\u010danje. To bo \u0161e posebej pomembno za nekatere skupine prebivalstva, ki so lahko s stali\u0161\u010da nezadostne preskrbljenosti z vitaminom D bolj ogro\u017eene.<\/p>\n<p>Po navedbah in\u0161tituta je dobro poznano, da je vitamin D pomemben za zdravje okostja, precej manj pa je javnosti znano, da je klju\u010den tudi za delovanje imunskega sistema. Vitamin D ob zadostni izpostavljenosti dovolj intenzivni son\u010dni svetlobi nastaja v \u010dlove\u0161ki ko\u017ei. Kot je navedla vodja raziskave Katja \u017dmitek, osnovne potrebe po tem vitaminu med poletjem pokrijemo \u017ee s kraj\u0161o zmerno izpostavljenostjo soncu med 10. in 16. uro, npr. s 15-minutnim sprehodom, \u010de so soncu izpostavljene vsaj roke in obraz. Nasprotno pa v jesensko-zimskem obdobju zaradi nizke intenzitete UV-B son\u010dnih \u017earkov tvorbe vitamina D v ko\u017ei skorajda ni in je zato v tem \u010dasu potreben zadosten prehranski vnos.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Medtem ko so raziskave na manj\u0161ih skupinah prebivalcev ter podatki iz drugih dr\u017eav nakazovali na nizke prehranske vnose vitamina D z obi\u010dajno prehrano, tega vpra\u0161anja doslej v Sloveniji ni naslovila nobena nacionalno reprezentativna raziskava. Poudariti je treba tudi to, da smo v okviru raziskave Nutrihealth, v katero je bilo vklju\u010denih 1248 prebivalcev, starih od 10 do 74 let, ugotovili velike razlike pri preskrbljenosti odraslih prebivalcev Slovenije z vitaminom D v razli\u010dnih letnih \u010dasih &#8211; med novembrom in aprilom pa jih kar 80 odstotkov ni bilo zadostno preskrbljenih s tem vitaminom,&#8221; je \u0161e pojasnila \u017dmitkova.<\/p>\n<p>Predstavnik Nacionalnega in\u0161tituta za javno zdravje Matej Gregori\u010d je dodal, da so v raziskavi z upo\u0161tevanjem obi\u010dajnih prehranjevalnih navad prebivalcev Slovenije ugotovili, da najpomembnej\u0161e prehranske vire vitamina D predstavljajo \u017eivila \u017eivalskega izvora, \u0161e posebej ribe in jajca. Klju\u010den problem pa je, da vitamin D v ve\u010djih koli\u010dinah vsebujejo \u017eivila, ki so redko v na\u0161i prehrani, kot so ribe severnih morij in ribje olje, zaradi \u010desar skupni prehranski vnosi z \u017eivili ne pokrijejo predvidenih potreb v jesensko-zimskem \u010dasu.<\/p>\n<p>V raziskavi ni bilo skoraj nikogar, ki bi s prehrano zau\u017eil priporo\u010deno koli\u010dino vitamina D, zato bo za zagotovitev ustrezne preskrbljenosti z vitaminom D treba pretehtati ukrepe za njegovo nadome\u0161\u010danje, s poudarkom na najve\u010dji za\u0161\u010diti ogro\u017eenih populacijskih skupin, je izpostavil Gregori\u010d.<\/p>\n<p>Vodja skupine, ki je opravila raziskavo, Marija Pfeifer je napovedala, da bodo nacionalne smernice lahko predstavili leta 2022, kar bo politi\u010dnim odlo\u010devalcem olaj\u0161alo na\u010drtovanje ukrepov za zagotavljanje ustrezne preskrbljenosti z vitaminom D. \u0160e posebej skrbno obravnavajo nekatere ogro\u017eene skupine. Posebno veliko tveganje za hudo pomanjkanje vitamina D je pri prebivalcih domov za starej\u0161e ob\u010dane in vseh tisti, ki prete\u017eno bivajo v zaprtih prostorih.<\/p>\n<p>Na to podro\u010dje je posegla tudi pandemija, saj je vitamin D zelo pomemben za optimalno delovanje prirojene imunosti &#8211; omogo\u010da imunskim celicam v na\u0161ih sluznicah, da u\u010dinkovito odstranijo in uni\u010dijo vdirajo\u010de viruse, bakterije ali glive. Na ta na\u010din dokazano zmanj\u0161uje zbolevanje za akutnimi oku\u017ebami dihal, najbolj u\u010dinkovito pri tistih, ki jim je pred nadome\u0161\u010danjem vitamina D tega primanjkovalo.<\/p>\n<p>Med drugim so predlagali novo indikacijo za predpisovanje vitamina D na recept, da bi izbolj\u0161ali doslej zelo slabo preskrbljenost z vitaminom D in tako pri prebivalcih domov za starej\u0161e ob\u010dane zmanj\u0161ali tveganja za padce, zlome, oku\u017ebe in mi\u0161i\u010dno \u0161ibkost. Pobuda je bila dobro sprejeta, tako da je zdaj na stro\u0161ke zdravstvenega zavarovanja mo\u017eno nadome\u0161\u010danje vitamina D osebam, ki zaradi zdravstvenih razlogov prete\u017eno bivajo v zaprtih prostorih. Gre za pomemben korak naprej.
