V prazni\u010dnem obdobju se namre\u010d pojavi visoka stopnja aktivnosti, kot so dru\u017eenje, na\u010drtovanje, nakupi, obiski, potovanja, novoletne zaobljube, silvestrovanje, ki se ob prihodu novega leta kar naenkrat kon\u010dajo. Tako se visoko pri\u010dakovani trenutki zaklju\u010dijo in ponekod se pojavi razo\u010daranje, ker prazniki niso potekali po na\u010drtih ali pa zato, ker se evforija pole\u017ee in umiri,&#8221; je zapisano na spletni strani NIJZ.<\/p>\n<p>Ob\u010dutek izgube je tako po navedbah NIJZ pravzaprav prilagoditev na manj dra\u017eljajev. &#8221; Izgubili nismo ni\u010d drugega kakor samo visoko stopnjo aktivnosti, na katero smo se privadili v prazni\u010dnem \u010dasu. \u010cetudi nismo potrti, lahko ob\u010dutimo nenadno razo\u010daranje,&#8221; so pojasnili.<\/p>\n<p>Poprazni\u010dno potrtost oziroma post-prazni\u010dni sindrom se lahko prepozna po znakih, kot je \u017ealost, melanholija, \u017eelja po u\u017eivanju v brezskrbnih dnevih, jeza, tesnoba, utrujenost, te\u017eave s koncentracijo, razdra\u017eljivost, glavoboli ali nespe\u010dnost.<\/p>\n<p>Pojavijo se lahko tudi znaki depresije, a ti v primeru poprazni\u010dne potrtosti izzvenijo hitreje, medtem ko pri depresiji potrtost ne izzveni v zelo dolgem \u010dasovnem obdobju, kot je leto dni. Zato je pomembno, da v primeru, da ti ob\u010dutki vztrajajo dlje \u010dasa, ne oklevamo in si \u010dim prej poi\u0161\u010demo pomo\u010d in podporo, izpostavljajo na NIJZ.<\/p>\n<p>V primeru pojava poprazni\u010dne potrtosti se je tako treba zavedati, da so to povsem obi\u010dajni ob\u010dutki. Pri tem svetujejo zamenjavo rutine in usmerjanje pozornosti v vsakodnevne aktivnosti, ki ne spominjajo na ob\u010dutek praznine, svetuje stroka.<\/p>\n<p>Pomagajo lahko tudi pogovor z dru\u017einskim \u010dlanom ali prijateljem, dober spanec in fizi\u010dna aktivnost. Po praznikih se je treba vrniti tudi k bolj uravnote\u017eenemu na\u010dinu prehranjevanja.<\/p>\n<p>Ozreti se je treba v prihodnost, in ne v preteklost. &#8220;Morda smo si zastavili novoletno zaobljubo, ki jo ste\u017eka izpolnjujemo. Morda nas novi cilji celo utrujajo in obremenjujejo ter nam povzro\u010dajo nepri\u010dakovan stres. Bodimo prijazni in prizanesljivi do sebe. Bodimo prilagodljivi in si zastavimo nove, bolj dosegljive cilje,&#8221; so poudarili.<\/p>\n<p>V primeru, da na\u010din praznovanja povzro\u010da prevelik stres in stisko, je treba sprejeti spremembe in praznovanje prilagoditi na sebi prijazen na\u010din, in ne slediti pri\u010dakovanjem, ki jih postavljajo drugi ali pa mediji, \u0161e svetujejo na NIJZ.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Po koncu prazni\u010dnega obdobja se \u017eivljenje vra\u010da v ustaljene vzorce, pri \u010demer lahko nastopi poprazni\u010dna potrtost.
