Osebe LGBTIQ+ skupnosti so lahko del ve\u010djih skupin oz. imajo ve\u010d spolnih in\/ali romanti\u010dnih identitet in\/ali usmerjenosti. Vsako pripadnost dolo\u010da oseba sama zase, prav tako pa lahko vsako definicijo dolo\u010dene identitete in\/ali usmerjenosti oblikuje vsaka oseba sama zase. \u010cetudi se morda zdi, da nekdo sodi v definicijo dolo\u010dene skupine, identitete in\/ali usmerjenosti, ni nujno, da se tako tudi sam\/a identificira. Prav zato je pomembno, da se identitete in\/ali usmerjenosti nikomur ne pripisuje, temve\u010d se z osebami in o njih govori izklju\u010dno z uporabo izrazov, ki jih osebe uporabljajo zase. LGBTIQ+ osebe bodo morda tekom svojega \u017eivljenja spremenile svojo spolno in\/ali romanti\u010dno identiteto in\/ali usmerjenost, do \u010desar potrebujem obiti spo\u0161tljivi<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0(<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/transakcija.si\/slovar\/\"><b>Slovar<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Kaj pomeni biti LGBTIQ+ vklju\u010dujo\u010de podjetje?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Podjetja, ki so vklju\u010dujo\u010da do LGBTIQ+ skupnosti,\u00a0<\/span><b>privabljajo in obdr\u017eijo vrhunske talente<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. Ni presenetljivo oseba, ki se identificira znotraj\u00a0LGBTIQ+ skupnosti \u017eeli\u00a0delati za podjetje, ki jim omogo\u010da, da so na delovnem mestu to kar so &#8211;\u00a0<\/span><b>brez strahu in skrivanja svojega\u00a0pristnega jaza.\u00a0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Velika ve\u010dina zaveznikov \u2013 \u00a0ne zgolj LGBTIQ+ posameznikov &#8211; podpirajo in se zavzemajo za vklju\u010dujo\u010da in varna delovna mesta, oz. podjetje, ki javno izpostavlja, da je njihova delovna kultura oz. vrednote odprto podpirajo LGBTIQ+ skupnost.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>LGBTIQ+ inkluzivna podjetja pogosto\u00a0zagotavljajo pozitivno okolje\u00a0<\/b><b>za vse zaposlene.\u00a0<\/b><b>Z javno pozicijo oz. podporo do\u00a0LGBTIQ+ skupnosti\u00a0podjetja\u00a0javno\u00a0sporo\u010dajo,\u00a0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">da gre za podjetje, ki je spo\u0161tljivo in prijazno do razli\u010dnih tipov ljudi in\u00a0na\u010dinov \u017eivljenja. Ne samo, da so vklju\u010dujo\u010da delovna mesta bolj privla\u010dna za potencialne talente, ampak tudi zagotavljajo, da obstoje\u010di zaposleni ostanejo predani in anga\u017eirani.
