Redno vklju\u010devanje polnozrnatih \u017eit v prehrano je namre\u010d po njihovih navedbah med drugim pomembno za ustrezen prehranski vnos prehranske vlaknine, ki ima \u0161tevilne dokazane ugodne vplive na zdravje.<\/p>\n<p>A Slovenci na dan zau\u017eijemo le okrog 20 gramov na dan, kar je precej manj od dnevno priporo\u010denih 30 gramov. Rezultati nacionalno reprezentativne prehranske raziskave SI.Menu so po njihovih navedbah pokazali, da je vnos prehranske vlaknine nezadosten pri 90 odstotkih mladostnikov in odraslih ter pri 84 odstotkih starej\u0161ih odraslih. &#8220;Podobno stanje opa\u017eajo tudi v mnogih drugih razvitih dr\u017eavah, razlog za to pa je sodoben na\u010din prehranjevanja, ki vklju\u010duje preve\u010d visoko predelanih \u017eivil z majhno vsebnostjo prehranske vlaknine,&#8221; je navedel Igor Pravst z In\u0161tituta za nutricionistiko.<\/p>\n<p>Klju\u010dni viri prehranske vlaknine v prehrani so zelenjava in stro\u010dnice, sadje ter polnozrnati \u017eitni izdelki. Priporo\u010den vnos prehranske vlaknine se dose\u017ee s pestro in uravnote\u017eeno prehrano, ki vklju\u010duje ve\u010d tak\u0161nih \u017eivil, kar ima dolgoro\u010den ugoden vpliv na zdravje. Veliki u\u010dinki se dose\u017eejo \u017ee z majhnimi spremembami, na primer z zamenjavo belega kruha s polnozrnatim, so pojasnili na in\u0161titutu.<\/p>\n<p>Ob tem so navedli, da znanje o pomembnosti prehranske vlaknine za zdravje sega \u017ee v daljno zgodovino, ko so anti\u010dni Grki pri te\u017eavah z zaprtjem priporo\u010dali u\u017eivanje p\u0161eni\u010dnih otrobov. Se je pa koli\u010dina zau\u017eite prehranske vlaknine v zadnjih desetletjih zmanj\u0161evala, saj se je zelo spremenila tehnologa proizvodnje \u017eivil. Danes se glavnina \u017eitnih izdelkov izdela iz bele moke, iz katere je odstranjena glavnina prehranske vlaknine. Prilagodila so se tudi senzori\u010dna pri\u010dakovanja potro\u0161nikov, ki so vse manj posegali po polnozrnatih \u017eivilih. Z napredkom znanosti na podro\u010dju prehrane se je izkazalo, da so bile tak\u0161ne spremembe zelo \u0161kodljive.<\/p>\n<p>Raziskave so namre\u010d po njihovih navedbah pokazale, da je prehranska vlaknina pomemben del uravnote\u017eene prehrane, saj ugodno vpliva na vrsto zelo razli\u010dnih funkcij v prebavnem traktu in vpliva na presnovo in splo\u0161no zdravje. Poleg tega prehranska vlaknina tudi zmanj\u0161uje tveganje za nastanek razli\u010dnih kroni\u010dnih nenalezljivih bolezni, vklju\u010dno s sr\u010dno-\u017eilnimi boleznimi, sladkorno boleznijo tipa 2 ter rakom.<\/p>\n<p>Na in\u0161titutu svetujejo pogostej\u0161e poseganje po nepredelanih \u017eivilih in lastno pripravo obrokov iz osnovnih sestavin, vklju\u010dno s polnozrnatimi \u017eiti, stro\u010dnicami in zelenjavo. Slabe prehranske navade so po njihovih navedbah \u0161e posebej problemati\u010dne pri mladostnikih, saj se v tem obdobju oblikujejo vzorci za kasnej\u0161a \u017eivljenjska obdobja. Pojasnili so \u0161e, da je pove\u010danje vnosa prehranske vlaknine tudi cilj nacionalnega programa Dober tek Slovenija 2015-2025, v katerem je izpostavljena potreba po ob\u010dutnem pove\u010danju dele\u017ea prebivalcev, ki u\u017eiva polnozrnata \u017eivila.
