Poleg tega, da skrbi za mo\u010d kosti ter prepre\u010duje njihove zlome, ima tudi dober vpliv na delovanje imunskega sistema ter uspe\u0161no odganja gripo. Poleg njega so med ribami odli\u010den vir vitamina D tudi sardine in tuna.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify\">3. vir vitamina D: Olje polenovke<\/h2>\n<p>Olje polenovke je marsikomu sicer neprijetno zaradi svoje arome in okusa, vendar je bogat vir vitamina D in omega 3 ma\u0161\u010dobnih kislin. Pripomore k zdravju ter zmogljivosti kosti, poleg tega pa tudi dobro vpliva na funkcioniranje mo\u017eganov in \u017eiv\u010dnega sistema.
