Preko meditacije se dnevno povezujemo z duhovnim svetom. S pomo\u010djo meditacije razvijamo vi\u0161jo stopnjo zavesti. Znamo si odgovoriti \u00a0na vpra\u0161anja kot so: Kaj je smisel mojega obstoja? Ali obstaja vi\u0161ja sila? Ali je del nas, ki je nesmrten?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2.\u00a0Pravilno dihanje in preprogramiranje uma<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Odpravimo plitko in povr\u0161no dihanje. Dihajmo trebu\u0161no, ponavljajmo svojo mantro in na ta na\u010din zni\u017eujemo sr\u010dni utrip. S pozitivno naravnano mantro se preprogramiramo, nadomestimo negativno razmi\u0161ljanje. Sprejmimo sebe, svoje telo, svoje \u017eivljenje. Pove\u017eimo se z karmi\u010dno ume\u0161\u010denostjo, da smo na tem svetu ob pravem \u010dasu, s pravimi ljudmi, v pravem telesu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. <\/strong><strong>Joga<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vklju\u010dite vadbo joge v svoj urnik.
