Pri razmisleku o zdravi hrani pa se le malokdo zaveda zdravilnih lastnosti za\u010dimb, ki so nam dostopne v trgovinah z \u017eivili.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"MsoNoSpacing\">Bazilika \u2013 zdravilna mediteranka<\/h2>\n<p>Uporablja se cela rastlina, sve\u017ea ali posu\u0161ena. Ta vsestranska za\u010dimbnica je primerna za omake, aromatiziranje olja in kisa, pripravo \u010daja itd. Najbolj je zna\u010dilna za italijansko in tajsko kuhinjo. Njeni blagodejni u\u010dinki zdravijo simptome pri odpovedi ledvic. \u010ce bo\u0161 silvestroval na prostem, te bo razveselila novica, da bazilikin \u010daj laj\u0161a te\u017eave s prehladom, gripo in mehurjem, saj deluje antisepti\u010dno.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"MsoNoSpacing\">Poper &#8211; kralj za\u010dimb<\/h2>\n<p>Majhne plodove te ovijalke \u010dlove\u0161tvo v kuhinji uporablja \u017ee tiso\u010dletja. Aromati\u010dna olja in druge sestavine pove\u010dujejo gibljivost mi\u0161ic prebavnega trakta in stimulirajo izlo\u010danje prebavnih encimov; poper je torej idealen dodatek vsem mo\u010dnim in mastnim jedem. Poleg tega raziskave ka\u017eejo, da lahko pripomore k bolj\u0161i absorbciji hranljivih snovi, vitaminov in mineralov v hrani. Lovorjevo olje je poleg tega glavna sestavina mazil, ki se v medicini nana\u0161ajo na udarnine in zvine.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"MsoNoSpacing\">Kajenski poper \u2013 izbolj\u0161uje prebavo in pomaga pri huj\u0161anju<\/h2>\n<p>Kajenski poper ni v sorodu s \u010drnim poprom, v resnici je vrsta paprike. Kljub svojemu peko\u010demu okusu je odli\u010den za obnovo tkiva \u017eelodca in prebavnega trakta, ter pospe\u0161uje delovanje peristalti\u010dnih mi\u0161ic. U\u010dinkovine laj\u0161ajo bole\u010dine sklepov pri artritisu in glavobolu.
