V vsako roko vzemi ute\u017e ali plastenko z vodo in roki iztegni v stran. Nato ju stegnjeni dvigni nad prsni ko\u0161 proti stropu, da se na sredini sre\u010data, in ob tem vdihni ter ju nato ob izdihu po\u010dasi spusti v prvotno pozicijo. Vajo izvajaj enkrat na dan, naredi pa od 10 do 12 ponovitev.<\/p>\n<h2>2. vaja za prsi<\/h2>\n<p>Sedi na robu postelje oziroma klopi, roki pa imej sklenjeni pred sabo, kot da bi molila . dlan ob dlan s prsti obrnjenimi proti stropu. Dlani stisni \u0161e bolj drugo ob drugo, \u010dim mo\u010dneje, tako da se ti bo prsni ko\u0161 malo dvignil. Pri tem pazi, da bo\u0161 imela komolce dvignjene in ne bodo padli pod vi\u0161ino, v kateri ima\u0161 dlani. Vajo izvajaj dvakrat na dan, vsaki\u010d pa jo ponovi deset- ali dvanajstkrat.<\/p>\n<h2>3. vaja za prsi<\/h2>\n<p>Stoj vzravnano, z nogami v \u0161irini bokov, trebuh potegni rahlo noter, ramena pa potisni nazaj in ob tem pazi, da ne uslo\u010di\u0161 hrbta. Roki imej spu\u0161\u010deni ob telesu, v vsaki dr\u017ei ute\u017e oziroma plastenko z vodo in ju nato izravnani dvigni nazaj, za hrbet, do tiste vi\u0161ine, do katere gre. Pri tem pazi, da bo\u0161 ohranila raven hrbet in se ne bo\u0161 uslo\u010dila ali nagnila naprej. Vajo ponovi petnajstkrat, izvajaj pa jo enkrat dnevno.<\/p>\n<h2>4. vaja za prsi<\/h2>\n<p>Ulezi se na posteljo ali kav\u010d, noge pa imej na tleh. Z obema rokama primi ute\u017e in ju stegni navzgor proti stropu, nato pa ju po\u010dasi in iztegnjeni spusti nazaj za glavo &#8211; tako da se skoraj dotakne\u0161 postelje, potem pa ju dvigni v prvotni polo\u017eaj. Vajo ponovi desetkrat.<\/p>\n<h2>5. vaja za prsi<\/h2>\n<p>Zadnja vaja, ki ti jo priporo\u010damo za lep\u0161e prsi, so klasi\u010dne sklece. \u010ce se ti na za\u010detku zdijo sklece preve\u010d te\u017eavne, jih lahko dela\u0161 tako, da ima\u0161 noge pokr\u010dene in pravzaprav napol kle\u010di\u0161; postopoma pa jih za\u010dni izvajati s stegnjenimi nogami, tako da se opre\u0161 na spodvite prste na nogah.
