Zato poskrbimo za <strong>umirjeno in globoko dihanje<\/strong>. Roki polo\u017eimo na trebuh in prsni ko\u0161, v kolikor to zobozdravnika pri delu ne bo motilo. Sicer ju imamo spro\u0161\u010deni ob telesu. <strong>Vdihnemo skozi nos<\/strong>, za trenutek zadr\u017eimo dih in po\u010dasi <strong>izdihnemo skozi nos<\/strong>, zopet za trenutek zadr\u017eimo dih in ponovimo od za\u010detka. Vmes je premor, poskrbimo pa. da vdihnemo skozi nos tako, da se nam roka na trebuhu dvigne, ob izdihu pa spusti.\u00a0S to tehniko dihanje upo\u010dasnimo. Poskrbimo, da izdihnemo kar najve\u010d zraka. V mislih se <strong>osredoto\u010dimo na dihanje, o\u010di imamo zaprte<\/strong>. Uporabljamo jo, ko za\u010dutimo, da se nam pojavlja pani\u010dni strah in se na ta na\u010din umirimo.<br \/>\nVmes si lahko pomagamo tudi s \u0161tetjem. Tako bo dihanje po\u010dasnej\u0161e, pozornost bomo s posega preusmerili na dihanje in \u0161tetje. Pri vdihu \u0161tejemo do 5, dih nato zadr\u017eimo za 5 sekund. Pri izdihu prav tako \u0161tejemo do 5, nato po\u010dakamo 2 sekundi in vse skupaj ponovimo.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Spro\u0161\u010danje s pomo\u010djo vizualizacije<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Tudi na ta na\u010din se lahko med posegom sprostimo, saj je to metoda, ki jo lahko izvajamo <strong>kjerkoli in kadarkoli<\/strong>.<strong>Pozornost<\/strong> bomo <strong>preusmerili s pomo\u010djo domi\u0161ljije<\/strong> stran od posega in bomo tako la\u017eje prenesli tudi kaj manj prijetnega.<\/p>\n<p>V mislih si lahko predstavljate na primer:<br \/>\n<strong>&#8211;<\/strong> sliko morja in prelepe obale,<br \/>\n<strong>&#8211;<\/strong> toplino jesenskega gozda,<br \/>\n<strong>&#8211;<\/strong> vonja borovcev ob morju,<\/p>\n<p><strong>Slike<\/strong>, ki si jih <strong>v mislih<\/strong> prikli\u010demo in nas sprostijo, nam <strong>od\u017eenejo morebitne strahove<\/strong> in neprijetne ob\u010dutke ob posegu.<br \/>\nNa\u010dini, s katerimi se <strong>spro\u0161\u010damo ali pa preusmerjamo pozornost<\/strong> na nekaj drugega, bolj prijetnega, so nam lahko v veliko pomo\u010d, ko smo na zobozdravstvenem stolu. Seveda je pomembno je tudi, da zobozdravnik pozna in razume na\u0161e strahove, zato je <strong>komunikacija klju\u010dnega pomena<\/strong>. Tako se bo lahko tudi <strong>zdravljenje prilagodilo vam<\/strong> in va\u0161im specifi\u010dnim lastnostim.<br \/>\nTehnike spro\u0161\u010danja imajo torej <strong>obojestransko korist<\/strong>. \u010cas, ki ga pre\u017eivimo na stolu, nam bo tako hitreje minil.
