Joga je primerna za doje\u010de mamice, ampak tukaj ne gre za jogo, ki se jo izvaja pred nose\u010dnostjo, ampak gre za prilagojeno jogo, ki ne vpliva na materino mleko. V \u010dasu dojenja lahko mamica obiskuje zmerno telesno vadbo. Sama intenzivnost vadbe mora biti prilagojena glede na \u010das, ki je minil od rojstva otroka, kar pomeni, da se prvih \u0161est tednov vadbe joge \u0161e ne priporo\u010da, saj telo potrebuje po\u010ditek. Pomembno je tudi, da majhen otro\u010dek, \u0161e ne more biti dalj \u010dasa stran od svoje mamice. Na za\u010detku se priporo\u010dajo razli\u010dna razgibavanja sklepov, hoja &#8211; sprehodi, dihalne vaje in tehnike spro\u0161\u010danja, kar lahko mamica po\u010dne takoj po porodu. Za asane pa telo potrebuje \u010das, da se povrne v stanje, v kakr\u0161nem je bilo pred porodom.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Materino mleko in joga<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Z jogo mamica ne bo vplivala na mleko. Sama sprememba v koli\u010dini in okusu mleka je odvisna od intenzivnosti vadbe, vendar je zmerna telovadba za doje\u010do mater varna in ne vpliva na proizvodnjo ali sestavo materinega mleka. Pomembno je le, da mamica ni pod prevelikim strasom in da je vadba primerna za njo. Dojenje je priporo\u010dljivo pred in po vadbi.
