S tem namenom organizira delavnice, kot je Vikend detox joge in razstrupljanja med 24. in 26 junijem, v Hotelu Ribno pri Bledu, na katerih \u017eeli predati pomembno \u017eivljenjsko vodilo, do katerega so jo pripeljala njena znanja in \u017eivljenjske izku\u0161nje: Treba si je vzeti \u010das zase. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Kdaj ste si vi prvi\u010d vzeli \u010das zase in se sre\u010dali z jogo ter \u017eivljenjskimi spremembami?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Z jogo se ukvarjam \u017ee 14 let. Ko sem se pri 27-letih prvi\u010d in bolj po naklju\u010dju udele\u017eila ure joge, se je nekaj v meni premaknilo in spo\u010dilo. In \u017eelela sem izvedeti ve\u010d. \u00a0\u017delela sem narediti red v mojem \u017eivljenju in joga mi je pri tem zelo pomagala. Od takrat sem postala licencirana u\u010diteljica joge, ukvarjam se tudi z radiostezijo, reikijem in se izobra\u017eujem za terapevtko karmi\u010dne diagnostike. Danes sem kljub delu in dru\u017eini gospodarica svojega \u010dasa, nau\u010dila sem se biti v stiku sama s sabo in to znanje predajam tudi drugim. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Na va\u0161ih delavnicah se z udele\u017eenci posve\u010date detoxu telesa in uma. Kaj pravzaprav detox pomeni?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V prvi vrsti gre za razstrupljanje uma. Danes namre\u010d vsi \u017eivimo pod stresom, ki nam zelo \u0161koduje. Ko smo v stanju stresa, smo v stanju vojne. Pojavijo se simptomi, kot so anksioznost, nemir, povi\u0161an utrip srce, znojenje, slab\u0161a prebava, ki na dolgi rok vodijo v resnej\u0161e bolezni. Zato je pomembno, da delamo na sebi, obravnavamo samega sebe. To lahko naredimo s pomo\u010djo detoxa, ki pa vklju\u010duje ve\u010d \u00a0sprememb, ki jih moramo uvesti v svoje \u017eivljenje.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Katere so najpomembnej\u0161e spremembe oziroma dnevne rutine, ki jih priporo\u010date?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Najprej moramo opraviti z ob\u010dutki slabe vesti in sprejeti dejstvo, da ni ni\u010d narobe, \u010de si vzamemo \u010das zase. \u00a0Pomembno je umirjanje uma, kajti umirjen um in telo se lahko samozdravita. To umirjanje lahko dose\u017eemo z meditacijo, ki neguje na\u0161e srce, um in duh. Naklonimo si dovolj spanca, kajti sicer ne zmoremo obvladovati stresa. Gibanje je prav tako klju\u010dnega pomena. Pri tem naj omenim, da tudi tisti udele\u017eenci mojih delavnic, ki menijo, da je joga zanje prepo\u010dasna, kmalu spoznajo, da njihov um potrebuje ravno tovrsten mir in potrpe\u017eljivost, ki ga joga zahteva. Pomemben je tudi stik z naravo, s trebu\u0161nim dihanjem in ponavljanjem pozitivnih manter pa se sprostimo in nadomestimo negativno razmi\u0161ljanje. \u00a0In ne pozabimo se pocrkljati s svojimi najljub\u0161imi aktivnostmi, se sre\u010dati s prijatelji in si privo\u0161\u010diti kak\u0161no savno ali masa\u017eo. \u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Kaj pa prehrana? \u00a0Katere napake najpogosteje delamo pri prehrani?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tako kot um, moramo razstrupiti tudi telo. V prvi vrsti se izogibajmo zamrznjene, predelane hrane. Posku\u0161ajmo jesti \u010dim ve\u010d hrane rastlinskega in ekolo\u0161kega izvora. Spoznajmo svoje telo, katera hrana je primerna za nas. \u00a0Priporo\u010dam pa veliko listnate zelenjave, visoko kakovostne vire beljakovin, kot so stro\u010dnice in ore\u0161\u010dki, ter minerale in vitamine, ki jih najdemo v \u010desnu, \u010debuli, arti\u010dokah, kurkumi, koriandru. Izogibajmo se alkohola, cigaret, sladkorja, mle\u010dnih izdelkov in bele moke, ter u\u017eivajmo lahke in redne obroke, pa nam bo telo hvale\u017eno. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Danes so nam na voljo vse mogo\u010de informacije in \u017eivljenjske izbire, pa kljub temu pogostokrat nismo zadovoljni. Katera je najpogostej\u0161a ovira, ki ljudem prepre\u010duje, da bi bili sre\u010dni v \u017eivljenju?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ta ovira je kar \u010dlovek sam. S spremembami, dnevnimi rutinami in tehnikami, ki sem jih omenila, se lahko vsak nau\u010di obvladovati svoj stres in svojega bika dr\u017eati za roge ter se osre\u010diti. A treba je vztrajati.
