Ljudje, ki so v nenehnem stresu in do\u017eivljajo ob\u010dutke tesnobe, pogosteje trpijo za nespe\u010dnostjo in se soo\u010dajo s kroni\u010dno utrujenostjo. Ta pa se z nespe\u010dnostjo \u0161e pove\u010duje. Vse to lahko vodi v mo\u010dne ob\u010dutke anksioznosti.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>\n<h3 class=\"western\" lang=\"sl-SI\"><b>Stres ustvarja mi\u0161i\u010dno skeletne napetosti <\/b><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"sl-SI\">Stres iz\u010drpava energijo iz telesnih sistemov, ki vplivajo na delo in aktivnosti delovanja telesa. Stres je pogosto krivec za napetosti mi\u0161ic in skeleta celotnega telesa. Napetosti se najpogosteje pojavljajo v hrbtenici in \u017earijo skozi vrat, hrbet in ramena. Napetosti v vratu pogosto sledi glavobol. Stres mo\u010dno vpliva na prebavne funkcije, na zdravje reproduktivnih organov in na hormonsko ravnovesje. Stres povzro\u010da hormonsko in energetsko neravnovesje.
