V nadaljevanju vam bomo predstavili kratek vodi\u010d po nakupih prehranskih dopolnil.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PREVERITE VSEBNOST HRANIL<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prehranska dopolnila se med seboj razlikujejo, tako po namembnosti kot po kvaliteti. Naj vas ne zavede cena, saj le-ta velikokrat ni odvisna od kvalitete. Velika razlika je med beljakovinskimi napitki, ki vsebujejo 70 % beljakovin ali 80%, saj iz slednjih zau\u017eijemo ve\u010d beljakovin in hkrati manj sladkorjev in ma\u0161\u010dob. Podobno je tudi z vitamini in minerali, saj nekateri izdelki, ki se ogla\u0161ujejo kot popoln vir mikrohranil, vsebujejo le 5 ali 6 razli\u010dnih vitaminov in mineralov od skupno 26-ih, kljub visoki ceni.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PREVERITE SESTAVINE<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Poznavanje hranilne vrednosti pri prehranskih dopolnilih ni dovolj. Vedno preverite sestavine izdelka, saj so lahko imena in naslovi zavajujo\u010di. \u010ce smo \u017ee v prej\u0161njem odstavku omenili beljakovine, bomo tudi nadaljevali z njimi. Naslov izdelka so sirotkine beljakovine. Ko preverite sestavine, vidite, da so sirotkine beljakovine resni\u010dno v izdelku, vendar izdelek lahko vsebuje tudi manjvredne oziroma cenej\u0161e sojine beljakovine, kolagen&#8230;. Pri nekaterih je razlika le v doziranju le-teh, kar pa se ve\u010dinoma povezuje s posameznikovo telesno te\u017eo, saj so \u017eenske v povpre\u010dju la\u017eje od mo\u0161kih in potrebujejo manj dolo\u010denih hranil. Izjema je \u017eelezo, ki ga \u017eenske zaradi menstruacije potrebujejo ve\u010d. \u00a0Izdelki, ki targetirajo le en spol, so samo ogla\u0161evalski triki. Beljakovine za \u017eenske so navadno v ro\u017enati embala\u017ei in v manj\u0161ih pakiranjih.
