Posamezik, ki deluje le na razumski ravni in izklju\u010di telesno, je odrezan od pomembnih informacij.<b> <\/b>Telo nam namre\u010d posreduje informacije, ki prihajajo od zunaj in iz nas samih. Lahko gre za preproste signale kot sta u\u017eitek in bole\u010dina, pa tudi kompleksnej\u0161e, kot je intuicija<b>. <\/b>Na\u0161a \u010dustva pogosto najprej zaznamo v telesu. Ko smo \u017ealostni, nas boli srce, ko nas je strah, v \u017eelodcu ob\u010dutimo bole\u010dino,\u00a0 ko smo jezni, \u010dutimo pritisk v glavi, ko smo zaljubljeni, pravimo, da imamo metulj\u010dke v trebuhu. Mo\u010dna \u010dustva celo ustvarjajo biokemi\u010dne spremembe v telesu.<\/p>\n<p class=\"plain\">Alojz Ihan v svoji Hvalnici re\u0161njemu telesu na pomembnost telesa poka\u017ee z ustrojem mo\u017eganov.<\/p>\n<p class=\"plain\">\u201cNjihov prete\u017eni del se namre\u010d ukvarja z uravnavanjem telesnih procesov, le manj\u0161i del pa s tisto mo\u017egansko funkcijo, s katero se najraje ena\u010dimo, tj. s funkcijo (samo)zavedanja, du\u0161evnosti, zavesti in podzavesti.\u201d (Mo\u017eina 2012)<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"plain\">Trebu\u0161ni &#8220;mo\u017egani&#8221;<\/h2>\n<p>Mo\u017egani v glavi pa niso edini mo\u017egani v \u010dlovekovem telesu. Ste \u017ee sli\u0161ali za\u00a0 trebu\u0161ne &#8220;mo\u017egane&#8221; ali enteri\u010dni \u017eiv\u010dni sistem? <span class=\"plain\">Te je 30 let raziskoval Gerhson (1998) in pri\u0161el do ugotovitev, da tvorijo \u017eiv\u010dni sistem, sestavljen iz enakih nevronov kot mo\u017egani v glavi in se spontano odzivajo na zunanje dra\u017eljaje. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"plain\">\u201cGlede na vrsto teh dra\u017eljajev pa spro\u017eijo izlo\u010danje ustreznih psihoaktivnih snovi, ki vplivajo na na\u0161e razpolo\u017eenje ter nas opozarjajo na nevarnosti in med njimi vzdr\u017eujejo ravnovesje. Z mo\u017egani v glavi so povezani preko hrbtenja\u010de in \u017eivca vagusa, preko katerega po\u0161iljajo veliko ve\u010d signalov v mo\u017egane v glavi, kot jih od tam prejemajo.\u201d (Furlani)<\/p>\n<p class=\"plain\"><b>Tako imamo dva centra odlo\u010danja, enega v trebuhu in drugega v glavi. Vendar je telesni hitrej\u0161i od miselnega, tako da je signal, ki pripotuje iz trebuha v mo\u017egane vedno \u017ee \u010dustveno obarvan. Tako \u017eivljenje pa je robotsko in na dolgi rok neizpopolnjujo\u010de.<\/p>\n<p class=\"plain\">Osnovna \u010dustva kot so strah, jeza, gnus, \u017ealost in veselje imajo evolucijsko pre\u017eivetveno funkcijo in so nekak\u0161en kompas, ki nam ka\u017ee, kje se trenutno nahajamo v odnosu do sveta in do sebe.<\/p>\n<p class=\"plain\">Kot otroci smo ve\u010dkrat sli\u0161ali, da je <i>strah znotraj votel, okrog ga pa ni\u010d ni<\/i>. S tem so nam na\u0161i star\u0161i seveda hoteli povedati da bavbav, ki se pono\u010di skriva pod na\u0161o posteljo, v resnici ne obstaja, vendar so nam zraven sporo\u010dali \u0161e nekaj drugega. Ni v redu, \u010de te je strah. Tudi fraza <i>fantje ne jokajo, <\/i>je mo\u0161kim povzro\u010dila veliko \u0161kode.<\/p>\n<p class=\"plain\">Ker smo dobili sporo\u010dilo, da nekatera na\u0161a osnovna \u010dustva niso dru\u017ebeno sprejemljiva, smo se jih nau\u010dili skriti pod kompleksnej\u0161a in dru\u017ebeno bolj sprejemljiva.<\/p>\n<p class=\"plain\">To dobro opi\u0161e Alenka Rebula: \u201c\u017dalost lahko skrijemo pod cinizem, strah pometemo pod napadalnost, nemo\u010d pod neumorno delavnost, manjvrednost pod samozadostnost \u2026 Ve\u010dina ljudi ve samo, da so \u017eiv\u010dni in napeti ali utrujeni in iz\u010drpani ali razo\u010darani in vsega naveli\u010dani. To pa niso osnovna \u010dustva, to so \u017ee predelave in najve\u010dkrat nimamo pojma, za kaj gre.\u201d (Rebula 2007)<\/p>\n<p class=\"plain\">V na\u0161i k storilnosti naravnani dru\u017ebi so cenjeni ljudje, ki nikoli ne po\u010divajo. Tudi, \u010de zbolijo, ne ostanejo doma, ker posel seveda ne sme trpeti. Delajo pozno v no\u010d in so kroni\u010dno neprespani. Poleg slu\u017ebe po\u010dnejo \u0161e tiso\u010d stvari, so nenehno v pogonu. Tudi po\u010ditnice pre\u017eivljajo zelo aktivno. Na morju vstajajo ob sedmih zjutraj in te\u010dejo z obveznim merilcem, ki jim poka\u017ee, koliko kalorij so \u017ee pokurili. Brez najmanj\u0161ega so\u010dutja do svojih izmu\u010denih teles.<\/p>\n<p class=\"plain\">Ko \u017eenska zanosi, mora biti najprej fit in nasmejana nose\u010dnica, ko rodi pa fit in nasmejana mamica. Vsi strmijo v ostanek njenega trebuha in se spra\u0161ujejo, kdaj se ga misli znebiti in zakaj za bo\u017ejo voljo se ga \u0161e ni.<\/p>\n<p class=\"plain\">Kdaj smo dopustili, da je na\u0161e telo, ki je tako zelo pomembno in tako zelo na\u0161e, postalo tako zasu\u017enjeno?<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"plain\"><span class=\"heading2\"><b>Kako lahko pridem v stik s telesom?<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"plain\">Za za\u010detek bodite pozorni na svoje dihanje. Dihate plitvo iz prsnega ko\u0161a ali poglobljeno iz trebuha? \u010ce dihamo iz trebu\u0161nega predela sta glava in trebuh bolje povezana, posledi\u010dno prihajamo v stik s seboj. Poleg tega se ob poglobljenmu trebu\u0161nemu dihanju vklopi parasimpatik-tisti del avtonomnega \u017eiv\u010dnega sistema, na na\u0161e telo deluje sprostitveno.<\/p>\n<p class=\"plain\">Pojdite v naravo, meditirajte, rekreirajte se, vendar zmerno.<\/p>\n<p class=\"plain\">Ko boste za\u010dutili, da se z vami nekaj dogaja, da ste napeti, razdra\u017eeni, utrujeni, se ustavite in se vpra\u0161ajte, kaj se ta hip dogaja v mojem telesu? Posku\u0161ajte te ob\u010dutke locirati. \u010cutite pritisk v glavi, napetost v prsnem ko\u0161u, bole\u010dino v trebuhu, drhtite, imate otrple okon\u010dine? \u010ce se poglobite v svoje telo, vam ni treba odreagirati v afektu, nekoga nadreti, izbruhniti v jok \u2026 ampak raje ugotovite, kaj se znotraj vas v resnici dogaja. Ko boste prejeli in upo\u0161tevali to sporo\u010dilo, se bo va\u0161e telo lahko umirilo. Tega se med drugim u\u010dimo tudi v psihoterapiji.<\/p>\n<p class=\"plain\">\u010ce svojega telesa ne boste poslu\u0161ali, kaj vam govori, bo za\u010delo glasno vpiti v obliki kak\u0161ne bolezni.
