Je zelo hranljiv, saj mleko vsebuje veliko beljakovin, enostavnih sladkorjev in ma\u0161\u010dob, sadni sladoledi pa imajo veliko vitaminov, mineralnih snovi in vlaknin. Sladkor daje sladoledu prijeten in sladek okus, vendar ustvarja o\u010dutek lakote, zato posku\u0161aj<strong> sladoled<\/strong> u\u017eivati \u010dim bolj po\u010dasi, saj je 15 do 20 minut \u010das, ki je potreben, da se ustvari ob\u010dutek sitosti.<\/p>\n<h2>Katero vrsto sladoleda izbrati?<\/h2>\n<p>Osnovne sestavine <strong>sladoleda<\/strong> so polnomastno mleko, rumenjaki, sladkor in smetana, ki jo v\u010dasih nadomestijo hidrogenirana rastlinska olja. Sladoled vsebuje 4 odstotke beljakovin, od 10 do 14 odstotkov ma\u0161\u010dob in 20 odstotkov sladkorja. Sadni sladoledi imajo pribli\u017eno 160 kalorij, medtem ko jih imajo mle\u010dni 240. Prednost mle\u010dnega sladoleda je vsekakor vsebnost kalcija, zaradi \u010desar je idealna hrana za \u017eenske, saj ta ohranja zdrave kosti in prepre\u010duje osteoporozo.
