To so zna\u010dilnosti linearnega razmi\u0161ljanja. Namesto tega prejmemo nespo\u0161tovanje ali premajhno nagrado, smo iz\u017eeti in se obsojamo, da nismo dovolj naredili. Jeza in razo\u010daranje \u00a0se kopi\u010dita v na\u0161em telesu. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>\u017divljenje ni kazen<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Na poti bivanja naj ne bi trpeli. Je pot ljubezni, na kateri se raziskujemo in oblikujemo. Odgovornost nas samih je, kaj smo pripravljeni storiti, da se bomo bolje po\u010dutili. Mogo\u010de res nismo imeli varnega in ljube\u010dega otro\u0161tva ali smo pre\u017eiveli bole\u010de dogodke, imamo pa mo\u017enost, da namesto iskanja napak in pri\u010dakovanja nagrade ali pohvale, nagradimo sami sebe in si damo tisto, kar pri\u010dakujemo od okolice, osebe, situacije. Hkrati se izognemo obsojanju in iskanju napak.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>\u017divljenje nas nagradi vedno ob pravem \u010dasu<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Na\u0161a osebnost je sestavljena iz posameznih delov. Ed del nas samih je ljube\u010d, drugi \u017ealosten, tretji spet jezen ali ma\u0161\u010devalen. Vsak posamezni del pa nas opozarja kaj je tisto, ki v dolo\u010denem trenutku potrebujemo. Ljube\u010di del \u017eeli deliti ljubezen in biti pozoren. \u017delimo dajati. Jezni del nas mogo\u010de pri\u010dakuje pohvalo ali nagrado. \u017dalosten del nas samih pogre\u0161a objem in toplino. A \u010de smo usmerjeni navzven, pri\u010dakujemo in zahtevamo, da se te na\u0161e potrebe zadovoljijo iz okolja. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Le sami lahko zadovoljmo svoje potrebe<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u010ce bomo \u010dakali na nagrado namesto, da se bomo sami nagradili, si lahko rezerviramo sede\u017e, ker nam lahko \u010dakanje vzame veliko \u010dasa. Le mi sami lahko zadovoljimo svoje potrebe. Sami se lahko nagradimo s pohvalo, kadar se jezimo, ker nismo prejeli zaslu\u017eene nagrade. \u017dalost nam sporo\u010da potrebo po tola\u017ebi in v trenutku smo sami tisti, ki se lahko potola\u017eimo, se objamemo in namenimo nekaj ne\u017enih besed. Smo v otro\u0161tvu hrepeneli po spodbudi in zaupanju? Nemudoma lahko sami sebi damo pobudo in z lastno pozornostjo nadomestimo kritiko.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Meditacija<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Z namensko meditacijo prepoznavam svoje potrebe in z vajami zadovoljujem tisti po\u0161kodovani del sebe, ki razumsko analizira ter ocenjuje in me hkrati \u017eeli obdr\u017eati v nizkem energetskem stanju. S pomo\u010djo meditacije prepoznavam svoje \u010dustvene in duhovne potrebe, z rednim treningom izbranih vaj pa utrjujem umirjeno in ljube\u010de stanje v svojem srcu.
