Lejka Ka\u017eini\u0107 Kreho v svoji knjigi <em>Prehrana 21. stoletja za \u017eenske<\/em>. Predvsem \u017eenske se s to te\u017eavo pogosto sre\u010dujemo in \u010deprav je najbolj pogosto med starej\u0161imi, tudi mlaj\u0161e \u017eenske kdaj ob\u010dutijo te\u017eave pri rednem odvajanju blata. Pravilo je, da mora vse, kar vnesemo v telo, tudi iz njega in to ne \u0161ele \u010dez tri dni, temve\u010d isti dan. \u010ce je va\u0161a prebava torej po\u010dasnej\u0161a, razmislite o spremembah prehrane in pove\u010danju telesne aktivnosti, da bi omogo\u010dile zdravo delovanje \u010drevesja. Odvajala so le izhod v sili, saj se pri redni uporabi \u010drevesje nanje navadi in postane &#8211; \u0161e bolj leno.<\/p>\n<h2>Prehrana proti zaprtju<\/h2>\n<p>&#8211; Svojo prehrano obogatite z \u017eivili, bogatimi z vlakninami, kot so \u017eitni kosmi\u010di vseh vrst, otrobi, zelenjava in stro\u010dnice<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Suho sadje, kot so fige, slive in marelice, je zelo bogat vir vlaknin. Posezite po ne\u017eveplanih, \u010de le morete. Seveda pa je tudi sve\u017ee sadje koristno! Tudi mandarine, pomaran\u010de in grenjivke, z belim vlaknastim tkivom, ki obdaja re\u017elje, so super vir vlaknin.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Jogurt, pa ne le tisti iz oglasov, ki cilja na \u017eenske s prebavnimi motnjami. Tudi polnomastno mleko je blago naravno odvajalo.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Mo\u010dno za\u010dinjena hrana. \u010ce ob\u010dutite te\u017eave z odvajanjem blata, bodite pri kuhanju malce bolj radodarni z za\u010dimbami. Uporabljajte \u010dili, kajenski poper, kumino, ingver in poper.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Pijte veliko vode, vsaj \u0161est do osem kozarcev dnevno.<\/p>\n<h2>Hrana, ki se ji izogibajte<\/h2>\n<p>Znano je, da \u0161krobnata \u017eivila, predvsem izdelki iz bele p\u0161eni\u010dne moke, \u010drevesje &#8216;zapacajo&#8217; kot lepilo, zato raje posegajte po polnovrednih \u017eitih, testenine pa raje nadomestite s polnozrnatimi ali z zelenjavo, krompirjem, stro\u010dnicami, kvinojo ali s \u010dim drugim. Rde\u010de meso se prebavlja zelo dolgo, zato se mu izogibajte. Hamburger, denimo, je prepovedana jed za nekoga z leno prebavo, saj kombinacija belega kruha, rde\u010dega mesa in mastnega sira na \u010drevo deluje kot zama\u0161ek. \u010crni \u010daj in kava zaradi vsebnosti kofeina telo dehidrirata in lahko poslab\u0161ata zaprtje. Raje posezite po zeli\u0161\u010dnih \u010dajih.<\/p>\n<h2>Hemoroidi<\/h2>\n<p>Vsa ta vodila veljajo tudi za vse, ki se spopadate s hemoroidi. Ti so namre\u010d najpogosteje posledica naprezanja pri izlo\u010danju, zato je treba poskrbeti za gladko iztrebljanje in se izogibati zaprtju.<\/p>\n<h2>Gibanje<\/h2>\n<p>Vsaka telesna aktivnost, \u010de ne drugega dalj\u0161i sprehod, bo pospe\u0161ila delovanje \u010drevesja.
