Verjetno <strong>enozna\u010dnega odgovora ni.<\/strong> Vsak od nas razume to po svoje. Sama sebi sem podala obrazlo\u017eitev, <strong>da delo na sebi pomeni, da ozave\u0161\u010damo kaj si res sploh \u017eelimo, \u010desa no\u010demo in na kaj res ne pristanemo, pa kako so nas pretekle izku\u0161nje oblikovale in kako analiziramo \u010dustvene pretrese.<\/strong> Pomembno je, da se znamo iz vseh turbulenc \u017eivljenja nau\u010diti, kak\u0161no je bilo sporo\u010dilo, zakaj nas je prizadelo in katera \u010dustva smo ob tem ob\u010dutili. <strong>Kako smo se soo\u010dili z bole\u010dino?<\/strong> Smo ji sku\u0161ali be\u017eati v meglice farmacevtskih pripravkov ali smo se raj\u0161i od\u0161li znojit na bli\u017enji hrib in ugotavljali kaj nas res boli v srcu skozi prizmo naravnih lepot, miru in kisika? Kako iti \u010dez bole\u010dino, ki se vedno pojavi, ko se \u010dustveno zataknemo. Ker smo razli\u010dni individuumi<strong>, se vsak od nas bori po svoje<\/strong>, no seveda \u010de se. Ker lahko se pa\u010d predamo izzivom \u017divljenja in oble\u017eimo pod te\u017eo bolezni, neizre\u010denih \u010dustev in krivde, ki nas du\u0161i. In <strong>z vso to emocionalno prtljago zastrupljamo povezave z ljudmi<\/strong>, s katerimi stopamo v odnose razli\u010dnih vrst. To so lahko partnerski odnosi, star\u0161evski, ko z lastnim vzgledom vzgajamo otroke, lahko so to odnosi do prijateljev, ki jih zlahka spremenimo v tujce s svojimi \u010dustvenimi pritiski ali izsiljevanji, lahko so odnosi na delovnem mestu ali do lastnih star\u0161ev.<\/p>\n<p>Pomembno je, <strong>da zaznamo lastno bole\u010dino<\/strong>, <strong>negativne misli<\/strong>, <strong>negotovost in strahove<\/strong> ter se odlo\u010dimo, da pred tem bremenom ne po\u010depnemo in izobesimo belo zastavo, temve\u010d da se po\u017eenemo v boj za <strong>preobrazbo<\/strong> vsajenih, pridobljenih ali privzgojenih vzorcev in prepri\u010danj, ki nam ne slu\u017eijo ve\u010d. S pridobivanjem izku\u0161enj in modrosti se spreminja potreba na kak\u0161en na\u010din in v kak\u0161nem obsegu se je potrebno ukvarjati z novimi uvidi v na\u0161o du\u0161evnost in \u010dustveni svet, kar je seveda nikoli podelana naloga.<\/p>\n<h2>Pomembno je priti v stik s sabo<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Pridejo trenutki, ko se nam zdi, da ne zmoremo ve\u010d.<\/strong> Kot da smo tre\u0161\u010dili v zid. Ne moremo se ve\u010d premakniti naprej v iskanju svoje notranje in zgolj sebi lastne resnice, kdo smo in zakaj smo na tem svetu. A naj vas potola\u017eim, to je le ena od pasti na\u0161ega uma, da bi se ustavili v iskanju nas samih. <strong>Pomembno je priti v stik z na\u0161im \u010dustvenim svetom in nato vzpostaviti avtocesto z na\u0161im razumom, logiko, egom, da postanejo eden drugemu zavezniki in ne sovra\u017eniki <\/strong>. Ko se tako uskladimo, kar seveda lahko traja celo \u017eivljenje, se po\u010dutimo kon\u010dno integrirane v celoto, kar vemo, da smo to res mi v resnici. Pred tem zaklju\u010dkom smo le domnevali, kdo smo v resnici in globoko v sebi. Posledica trdega dela na sebi pa je, da smo oblikovali harmonijo med obema sferama (emocije in um), kar pomeni, da smo pri\u0161li bli\u017eje na\u0161emu bistvu. In <strong>potem nas ni ve\u010d strah neznanih izzivov, nalog ali preprek<\/strong>. V sebi vemo, da smo opremljeni z izku\u0161njami in modrostjo, s pomo\u010djo katerih lahko s\u010dasoma pregrizemo \u0161e tako debela polena, ki nam jih \u017divljenje me\u010de pod noge<strong>.
