Kuhanje divje hrane za dru\u017eino je vedno poseben izziv, saj je treba ustre\u010di vsem razli\u010dnim okusom. \u0160e dobro, da imam v dru\u017eini same biologe (\u010disto zares) in me podpirajo pri mojih podvigih. Potem pa me je sestra vpra\u0161ala, zakaj bi sploh jedli marjetice \u2013 ali obi\u010dajna zelenjava ni dovolj dobra? Vpra\u0161anje je preprosto, pa vendar sem morala kar po\u0161teno razmisliti, kak\u0161ne so prednosti marjetic pred \u0161pina\u010do.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">10 razlogov za u\u017eivanje divje zelenjave:<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Divja zelenjava je zastonj in je zato zdravilna za dru\u017einski prora\u010dun.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Divja zelenjava ima odli\u010den okus, sploh \u010de jo pravilno pripravi\u0161.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Divje zelenjave ni treba gojiti, saj raste kar sama. Ponavadi jo poberem kar mimogrede, na sprehodu. Ali pa pogledam malo po gredah med \u00bbpravo\u00ab zelenjavo in stla\u010dim v lonec kaj, kar bi sicer kon\u010dalo na kompostu.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ker divja zelenjava raste sama od sebe, ni polna insekticidov (ki so nevrotoksini), herbicidov in drugih ubijalcev \u017eivljenja.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Divjo zelenjavo lahko nabiram skoraj vse leto \u2013 od prvih zvon\u010dkov do kostanja. Da ne bo pomote \u2013 zvon\u010dki seveda niso u\u017eitni. So pa znanilci prve divje zelenjave.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ko jem divjo zelenjavo, sem zares sita. To ni tisti ob\u010dutek prenajedenosti in napihnjenosti, ampak dejansko ob\u010dutek, da mi ni\u010d ne manjka. Pa \u0161e po sladkarijah sploh nimam nobene \u017eelje. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u010ce naberem preve\u010d divje zelenjave in je ne uspemo vse pojesti, jo brez slabe vesti nesem na kompost. To dejanje ne \u0161teje med metanje hrane v smeti.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nekatera divja zelenjava ima tudi zdravilne u\u010dinke.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nabiranje divje zelenjave je zame odli\u010den izgovor, da se odpravim ven v naravo. Pravzaprav nabiranje spremenimo kar v dru\u017einsko aktivnost.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Z nabiranjem divje zelenjave prispevamo k nizkim izpustom CO2, saj ni bila gojena na drugem koncu sveta, ni je bilo treba gojiti v rastlinjaku, niti gnojiti in zalivati.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tak\u0161na je ta re\u010d z mojo sestro, vedno postavlja pomembna vpra\u0161anja, o katerih sicer sploh ne bi razmi\u0161ljala. Zdaj pa dovolj filozofije.
