Najmanj priljubljeni so namazi, ki jih pripravi \u0161olska kuhinja. To je med drugim pokazala anketa, ki so jo izvedli v okviru projekta Hrana ni za tjavendan, ki sta ga pripravila Eko\u0161ola in podjetje Lidl. Poleg osnovnih \u0161ol so v njej sodelovali \u0161e vrtci in srednje \u0161ole, skupaj 91 izobra\u017eevalnih ustanov iz Slovenije.Med 33 sodelujo\u010dimi osnovnimi \u0161olami je drugo mesto osvojila O\u0160 \u0160martno pri Slovenj Gradcu z mentorico Renate Ba\u0161ek. Pri projektu Hrana ni za tjavendan so mladino spodbujali k odgovornemu ravnanju s hrano in posledi\u010dno k zmanj\u0161evanju koli\u010din zavr\u017eene hrane. Ta sporo\u010dila se \u0161irijo tudi v dru\u017einsko okolje in kar nekaj dru\u017ein je letos izpolnjevalo dnevnik zavr\u017eene hrane, \u0161olarji in dijaki pa so za star\u0161e in druge v lokalnih okoljih pripravljali tudi delavnice ter predavanja na temo prehrane. V okviru projekta je potekal tudi nate\u010daj Reciklirana kuharija, otroci iz \u0161ol in vrtcev so prispevali ve\u010d kot 100 receptov za jedi, ki jih lahko ustvarimo iz sestavin, ki so nam ostale pri obrokih in so \u0161e uporabne.V anketi, ki so jo izvedli med sodelujo\u010dimi vrtci in \u0161olami, so te poro\u010dale, da v \u0161olski kuhinji najve\u010dkrat zavr\u017eejo zelenjavo, meso in pakirano trajno mleko, najmanjkrat pa sadne sokove in sla\u0161\u010dice.
