Vzrokov za bole\u010dine v kri\u017eu je veliko, najsi gre za napa\u010dno dr\u017eo, prete\u017eko fizi\u010dno delo ali nepravilne polo\u017eaje sedenja. Bole\u010dina, ki je zjutraj huj\u0161a in se izbolj\u0161uje z gibanjem in raztegovanjem, je pogosto znak po\u0161kodbe mi\u0161ice, tista, ki se \u0161iri po hrbtu navzdol v eno ali obe nogi, pa je znak i\u0161iasa.<\/p>\n<h2>\u010ce imate v kri\u017eu bole\u010dine, nikar ne mirujte predolgo<\/h2>\n<p>Bole\u010dino v kri\u017eu si je potrebno laj\u0161ati s segrevanjem ali hlajenjem bole\u010dega mesta, nikakor pa ne smemo mirovati ve\u010d kot dan ali dva. Vzdr\u017eevanje telesne dejavnosti je namre\u010d nujno potrebno, saj bole\u010dine z mirovanjem postanejo mo\u010dnej\u0161e, aktiviranje mi\u0161ic in kosti pa je po dolgem mirovanju zato toliko te\u017eje. Potrebno je raztegovanje in krepitev hrbteni\u010dnih mi\u0161ic, pomaga pa tudi masa\u017ea. Prej ko boste z vsakodnevnimi aktivnostmi zopet za\u010deli, prej boste bole\u010dino olaj\u0161ali.<\/p>\n<h2>Ko se bole\u010dina v kri\u017eu pojavi prvi\u010d, je potrebno obiskati zdravnika<\/h2>\n<p>Ko se bole\u010dina pojavi prvi\u010d, je obisk pri zdravniku nujen, saj je treba dolo\u010diti njen izvor, postaviti diagnozo in izklju\u010diti vsa resnej\u0161a in potencialno ogro\u017eajo\u010da obolenja. Poleg tega je zdravni\u0161ka pomo\u010d nujna v primeru, \u010de bole\u010dine v kri\u017eu spremljajo te\u017eave z odvajanjem vode in blata, omrtvelost in zbadanje ali slabost v spodnjem delu telesa. Tudi nestabilnost v pokon\u010dnem polo\u017eaju in te\u017eave pri premikanju nog so nujen razlog za obisk zdravnika.<\/p>\n<h2>Bole\u010dino v kri\u017eu lahko poslab\u0161ate z marsikaterimi dnevnimi opravili<\/h2>\n<p>Bole\u010dino v kri\u017eu lahko poslab\u0161ajo nepravilni polo\u017eaji telesa ter slabe navade kot so dolgotrajno sedenje, vo\u017enja in le\u017eanje ter dolgotrajni enaki polo\u017eaj telesa pri delu. Vsekakor k bole\u010dinam pripomore tudi nenehna napetost in stres.<\/p>\n<h2>Kako lahko sami prepre\u010dite nastanek bole\u010dine v kri\u017eu?<\/h2>\n<p>Pri prepre\u010devanju bole\u010din v kri\u017eu je potrebna predvsem skrb za pravilno telesno te\u017eo ter zmerna \u0161portna dejavnost. Bodite pozorni na to, kako sedite pred ra\u010dunalnikom ali televizijo ter kak\u0161na je sicer va\u0161a dr\u017ea. Pri opravljanju vsakodnevnih opravil je nujno potrebna pazljivost pri vzdigovanju te\u017ekih bremen. \u010ce je bole\u010dina kroni\u010dna, je potrebno u\u010dvrstiti tudi mi\u0161ice trupa, predvsem trebu\u0161ne, saj pomembno prispevajo k pravilni dr\u017ei in s tem k pravilni legi hrbteni\u010dnih segmentov. Izogibati se je potrebno dolgotrajnemu sedenju, zato je pri celodnevnem delu z ra\u010dunalnikom potrebno na vsako uro opraviti nekaj razteznih vaj.
